You''ll never get neocons to believe that there weren''t any because they''ve bought Di*ck Cheney''s lies hook line and sinker. The fact is that Saddam hated Bin Laden and hunted down and killed any of Bin Laden''s terrorists as he saw them as a threat to his power. When we invaded Iraq we removed the biggest enemy of Al-qaeda and Iran in the region.
