there aren''t right. the one with the tanks and the car, that''s not right. not right at all. what else is happening to innocent people, and animals when camera''s aren''t around?
I can''t get the third one to play all the way through, but there''s someone walking on the side of the road with their animals.

the soldiers need help. psychological help. doing what they do, and seeing what they see can''t be easy and HAS to mess with your head. That doesn''t make what they do right, it just makes it more wrong and really proves nothing good is coming from this war.

As a sergeant of Marines during the 80''s-90''s, if he were in my platoon I''d square him away in a heartbeat. You will always have 10% in any group who are undisciplined. Sometimes that behavior can be corrected with the proper "motivation"; if not, he needs to be discharged. Cruelty to animals is usually the first sign of a deeply disturbed person. In times of war I want a disciplined, trained Marine in the foxhole with me, not an unpredictable psycho.

One thing for certain is all Marines are bush enablers and I consider the military an ANTI Constituion/US force like the Nazi regime enabled hitler and his regime.
LIKE the hitler enablers, the US military is enabling the bush regime to wage an unjust illegal occupation of Iraq, to threaten any country not toeing our line, and are the cause of tens if not hundreds of thousands of deaths of women, children, animals for nothing.

Without these bush enablers, we wouldnt be spending $14 BILLION a month on a stupid occupation of Iraq qho had nothing to do with 9/11 and was NO threat to US.

what many of you don''t understand is .we who are disgusted by the marines acts,,are responding to this particular story,,not innocent children being killed in war..that is a totally different story.....the title of this story was Marine tosses puppy over cliff,,,but it seems one can''t give an opinion without it being compared to other happenings in the world that are more cruel, more important,.,I was focusing on this particular article...put your blinders on,,block everything else out,,and give an honest opinion,,,otherwise it get distorted and out of context totally..which is what I see happening,,Daisey

Whether it proves to be a hoax or not is not the issue, people *DO* do this to animals, and I''''d expect it from baby killers too, the issue is, the sick mind to come up with the idea and time/effort to film it, and the other issue is this received world-wide attention and the guy in the clip has not responded to the media, so the ''''story'''' about it being a ''''hoax'''' is his one and ONLY hope of getting out of this ''''alive'''' because the clip clearly shows his face and the puppy. It makes ALL military and the US look bad.

The distance was not that far, we''''re not talking hundreds of feet, besides, many lower cost audio recording devices have automatic sound levels- meaning you record at one volume whether you shout or talk normally- its adjusted automatically to one sound level.

I thought Lance Cpl. David Motari was the Marine who had the Iraqi kids hold up a sign saying " Lance Cpl. Motari Killed my dad and knocked up my sister"

It made the national news. That was a good one.......
