Really folks there are only two things to consider and two possible results. 1 Believe in God and what the Bible says or don''t. Everything else you can say is rubbish.

Decision process:
If you accept God in His divinity and Jesus as His ONLY SON, look at what you receive after you die. Heaven. It doesn''t cost you anything.

Don''t accept God and Jesus as his Son and look at what you get.

As for me I chose the first. I live a life trying to follow the 10 commandments, often I fall way short, and help my brother, etc. If I am wrong and there is no God and no heaven, then many other people may have benefited from acts of kindness. If the agnostics and athesist are wrong, then look at what they get, they were warned.

I can live with that.

"So with this in mind, what good reason would you have to reject Him?" Posted by singinrick

If Abe declines, I would be happy to offer two reasons,

1. After 2,000 years, I have yet to see anyone live past 135, and

2. If all sins are forgiven then there may as well be no god, because we can commit sin to the level of Bush, or Hitler, then by repenting on the death bed, all is forgiven, so what is the point of even having a god?

singinrick: i have no reason not to accept unicorns either.
"He offers you eternal life, free of sin, sorrow, pain, you name it, and you choose to reject it.
Which means you''''d rather spend eternity separated from Him in a place of eternal sorrow.

Just as I cannot fear retaliation from a being in which I do not believe, I also cannot fear this "plaace of eternal sorrow". But believe if you wish.

singinrick: No matter what has occured through my life, good times and bad times, I know my life has an eternal future. It just makes me sad to watch these people making a laughing stock of themselves, believing in nothing. I am greatful to know where I''ll be when the day of the Lord comes. Amen!!!

Quetzal0666: If you wish to say something about the Lord, why don''t you spell His name correctly. Or is that just your mentality?
