President Repeats Calls For Lawsuit Protection Over Wiretaps; Would Surveillance Suffer Without It?

You are spot on my friend. Here is another one coined by the Jewish controlled media "Islamo fascism"
The radical Islamic movement is a response to radical Jewish Zionist fascism through the worlds central banks, all of which are owned by the Jews including the Federal Reserve - A private corporation that has looted America.
Saddam cut Rothschild''s pipeline to Israel decades ago. Now Israel steals Iraqi oil and keeps the money for reconstruction in the Federal Reserve Bank. Iraqi oil was being pumped through a pipeline BEFORE the troops even reached Baghdad. That was obviously job one.
Israel and the Jews are using America as a proxy to pillage the world and the Jews remain silent.
My grandmother told me (a teen in Germany during WWII) "the Jews took over everything and became very abusive and so when Hitler rounded them up and put them in the camps to be shipped to Palestine, nobody cared."
When the Germans took their country back from the Jews in WWII, the German people returned the favor with their silence. I suspect Americans will do the same here soon. We have had it. - Reply to this comment

- America will not survive if it allows for private business to be more powerful than the government, if there is, then there is no government, and no law. If you wish to call that liberalism, so be it, call it what you will, but also show how it is not true, for the sake of the country''''s socio-economic future.

It seems to me what you''re describing here is fascism.
When the word "Fascism" comes up, people usually think of Nazi Germany, but the true example of fascism is Mussolini''s Italy. A combining of corporations and government. The history books have pretty much settled the matter about it being liberal...it ain''t!!
I''m fairly convinced that the term "liberal Fascism" would be considered a contradiction in terms.
As far as private business being more powerful than government - -
Well, I read a lotta books when I was a kid, but only two really scared the living be-jesus outta me. One is "1984", and the other is "Brave New World". And we are getting awfullly close to that now. I''m not sure but maybe some countries are already there (Maylaysia).
I''m with you, I would challenge anybody to show how that is not true..
Thanks for listening... - Reply to this comment

The Bush proposed exclusions of the telephone companies from liability for past criminal acts, is exactly that, an illegal and unconstitutional ex post facto law."
Awesome post! Worth a repost. I''m looking for that link. Like so many things on my computer it had disappeared.
You don''t suppose the NSA had something to do with that do you? A file called NSAkeys was accidently released on the Windows 2000 disk. Oops! - Reply to this comment
- During the anti-war protests here in Portland, 100,000 people showed up to protest and 100 people turned out in support. That is a 1000 to 1 margin.
That was back when Bush had a 68% approval rating according to the mass media run by 7 Jews.
When the hanging starts, the crazies won''t forget about the Zionist media. It could have never happened without them.

- You would not think the most unpopular president in US history would be in a position to demand anything. Who is really running our government?
Interesting - go to youtube and search "telecom immunity." The people the corrupt government fear most are stirred up over this. The republicans have completely lost their "crazies" base.
Here in Portland OR, a metro area of 1.5 million people, the republicans do not have enough money to keep one little office open.
Do you really think Bush and most of congress were really elected? Do you really think America is really a democracy OR A REPUBLIC? Not without a constitution, not without a fair election system. There is no such thing as retroactive immunity and when there is, there is no such thing as law.
Of all the dictators on Earth, the US has the most tacky, most ignorant and biggest coward of a dictator the world has ever seen. That is the Bush legacy and the reason the republican party does not exist out here in realityville. The democrats that are controlled by the Jewish lobby are the same ilk.
Spying on America by our government does not protect us from terrorism, it is terrorism. It does not protect Americans, it protects an illegitimate government hijacked by Israel from the American people.
Dual citizens running our government? Give me a break. - Reply to this comment

The term "conspiracy theorist" has become an insult on the order of the word "liberal", to the point where people are afraid of being called either. It is like seeing a bird that looks, waddles, quacks, and otherwise appears to be a duck, but people are afraid to call it a duck, for fear they will be labeled a "conspiracy theorist", or a liberal.
This example of Orwellian thoughtcrime prevents people from recognizing and acting upon truth, whether it be the need of the people, or the recognition of crimes.
Bush lied, he knew at the time that he was lying, and had a lot of coordinated help pulling it off. That is a clear conspiracy, and it has cost purposely uncounted lives. Call anyone who posits such a "conspiracy theorist" if you will, but also show how it is not true, for the sake of the lives of those still here.

- Dear criminal administration and congress. PLEASE STOP "PROTECTING ME."
Without exception, everything you do under the guise of protecting me, harms me.
I was reading a plan by the pentagon on what they will do when the people rise up. They plan to "return to a legitimate government" and attack the patriots in the jewish media.

- The government violates the constitution so openly you would think they have the right to do that. Not even close and not for any reason.
The constitution is there to prevent the clowns from doing that. That is treason and high crime.
They got caught in a crime and retroactive immunity would make every congressman that votes for immunity a criminal and they should be hung as such, all of them.
A day will come sooner than they think that the American people will rise up and serve justice. We have had it all the way with our illegal government and rigged elections.
The US has become worse than any banana republic and our unelected dictator more tacky than Saddam.
When you use my tax dollars against me, it is time for me to stop paying taxes. Otherwise, by every definition, I have become a slave.

You know, I am not one who likes to speculate about conspiracies, but there are some things here that have not escaped my attention. The first thing is that most people seem to think the terrorists who did 9/11 were here illegally. They weren''t. They were here legally and at the same time they were on a terrorist watch list. That means that the government was aware of them and their activities. Now, it doesn''t take a genius to ask the question, but I have known people who were denied entry into this country although they had their visa in hand. INS suspected, merely suspected that they wanted to work, and therefore denied them entry. Here we are then, suspected terrorists are not denied entry, suspected agricultural workers are denied entry? Am I missing something here??? Point is, while I am hesitate to call it a conspiracy or anything, I am also not blind. - Reply to this comment
- "To me it is like they are trying to hold the country hostage in order to get their amnesty..." Posted by rudy654
Closer than you think. Understand that Al Qaeda is a CIA creation and tool, nothing more than a database of trained assassins and arms smugglers operating on behest of the CIA during Afghanistan''s war with Russia, including the oh-so-hard-to-find Osama Bin Laden.
Remember the many video threats from this group, and the timings, precisely timed to coincide with the election of Bush, as the world''s press had Kerry ahead, barring a new threat from Al Qaeda, which just so happened to be broadcast three days before the election, and other videos, which materialized just as Bush was preparing other acts, and passages of unconstitutional laws he knew were illegal, and that would not be sanctioned by congress.
So when you hear Cheney, McCain, and the rest of the war supporters state that "if Democrats are elected there will be more terrorist attacks in the US", understand they know this because they will actually be the ones coordinating and staging them, they are the real threat. - Reply to this comment

It is clear to me that they are setting the stage for the eventual exposure of Bush''s crimes, if they can somehow get ex post facto immunity for the telecoms, then their own, much more serious crimes will be next. - Reply to this comment
- I am a small bit relieved and more so surprised to see an article that goes beyond simply trumpeting the Whites'' House position, and dares to question Bush. I haven''t seen a mainstream news organization do this before now.
I congratulate the CBS editor for finally showing the courage to allow the journalist to raise the valid points in opposition to Bush, and I sincerely hope that this is only the beginning of the return to objectivity by the media, and that it more of such writing will help us in our efforts to hold the Bush klan responsible for their crimes. - Reply to this comment

Do you notice how they say anything to get around the fact that the Constitution was violated needlessly? They absolutely had no cause to violate the Constitution. Yet, they want AMNESTY for those who were willing to sell their soul for monetary compensation in the form of lucrative government contracts. Are these the same people who oppose amnesty for illegals? What hypocrites! - Reply to this comment
- Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a Southern California Republican, told the Orange County Register, "Just think about shutting down the interceptions because of some misplaced notion about protecting American rights and we end up with families being murdered at Disneyland because some messages weren''t intercepted."
But since we''re speculating, who will be to blame when those murdered at Disneyland are simply those who openly oppose the criminal agenda of the bush klan? - Reply to this comment
