Mr. Bush will be off on his trip to Africa today I suppose. He''ll be doing his best to create some kinda havoc over there as well. He shouldn''t be let out of the house, geezus!

We don''t need his *** spy bill. All he has to do to spy on terrorists if follow the law already in place.

He wants to spy on all of US! Pro''bly because so many of his own people are starting to hate him, he scared krapless the people might start to rise up against his dictatorship!

I used to look under my bed and in my closets for terrorists until Bush took office and broke the laws in order to protect me. Now it looks like I will have to start looking again. Please support the FISA bill if not for me - for the safety of your families, and America.

You can''t have a Free America unless we allow our Government to SPY on US! Isn''t that what Freedom is about? Letting your government know EVERYTHING that is going on? You can TRUST Bush and Cheney - RIGHT?

Your government wouldn''t lie to you - Big business wouldn''t lie to you - let the phone companies off the hook for breaking the LAW to PROTECT YOU!

That is what this is all about isn''t it? Protecting YOU?

Heeheehee!

With the clock ticking down to Saturday midnight, when the Protect America Act expires, President Bush said on Thursday that he would delay his five-nation trip to Africa if it would help the House of Representatives pass his preferred version of the FISA bill.

On Wednesday, after the Senate approved a bill granting immunity, the president for the first time admitted that the telecoms participated in the wiretaps which were not authorized by court-issued warrants.

Just another chip at the Constitution of the US. No need to worry your "self paid rebate check" is in the mail. Come on now "sit", now "lay over" .

The biggest threat to our Nations is our own Government.

I have nothing but contempt for Bush and the Congress that continues to enable and fund him.

They could solve the Telecom companies'' dilemma by JUST FOLLOWING THE LAW TO GET LEGAL WARRENTS FOR LEGAL WIRETAPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There''d be nothing to be sued for if they followed the LAW.

The only reason they dont want to use the Existing legal system we have had in place for decades for wiretaps is because they dont want people in the justice department to know what they are doing in secret, because they ARE violating Americans'' rights.

They have never once demonstrated a situation where they needed a wiretap faster tahn it takes to call up a federal judge and ask for a quick hearing for the permit.
Never once.

Just throw a few bucks towards Congress and they will roll over and pull their pants down.
