magoo2u1,My brother is disabled.He was on the phone with some inept idiot at our local social security office trying to get some info on his payments.He got agravated,and started telling her what he thought of her and the situation.She hangs up and calls the cops.They came out to his house,loaded him into the cruiser,and took him downtown for a four hour stay in the graybar hotel.My sister had to drive 60 mi. to pick him up when they released him.

Charlette Marshall-Jones does much to lower the level of contempt that the public can expect from law enforcement personel. Charges far worse than a mere traffic ticket should be sumarily dismissed in cases such as this one. The people responsible for hiring and training Charlette Marshall-Jones, should be held accountable for her actions. She should never again be allowed to hold a job where she would be in a position to serve the public. This is America, not some third-world dictatorship.

People I was pissed when I saw this on the news.He can''t stand so they got bloody pissed..Smart asre pigs of them cops. Tucker don''t go there with me..My friend Vince stands with me on this issue. While at our local courthouse recently a Sherrifs deputy passed me in the hallway. We exchanged "good mornings and how ya doins?" When he responded with "pretty good" I responded with " Glad to hear it".
The "officer" spun on his heels, placed his hand on his gun and screamed "What did you say!!". I , in disbeleief just looked at him , turned around and continued on my way. F A CK them all!!

PRESIDENT REAGEN MADE A LAW THAT ANYONE HITTING A SENIOR CITIZEN WOULD BE CHARGED WITH FELONY ASSAULT AND BE SENTENCED A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS! THIS LAW SHOULD BE EXTENDED TO INCLUDE THE DISABLED!

THIS is one I have to AGREE with you on cats--the laws in Florida are like no other.

Several years ago, there was a 5 year old girl having a temper tantrum in school, the school officials called 911 and they "baker acted" this kid!!
What stupid adult can''t control a 5 year old?

I have seen on the news where some have actually been handcuffed.

We need law down here to protect some os us from the law!!!
