Officer And Gunman Killed; Three Men, Likely Relatives Of Shooter, Also Dead
- This story is about another lunatic who murdered people, barricaded himself in a house, and burned to death. Good riddance. One less maniac walking the earth. The tragedy is the innocents who were murdered and the police officers placed in danger every day because guns are as easy to get as candy.
If gunownerdan, who hasn''t had an original thought in months, doesn''t get that it''s too easy for lunatics to get guns in this country, we should just let him cultivate the delicate ecology of his delusions. No one is going to change him. He can''t even bring something new to his own ridiculous, repetitive rhetoric (with apologies to those others whose rhetoric actually carries some worth). - Reply to this comment
- That theory is contradicted by the fact that a person with the motives to go to the mall to kill people uses his feet and kill no one but another uses an assualt weapon and kill many. Regardless of the mean? That doesn''''t make any sense!~

There is also this concept called determination. Determination is a good friend of motive when committing a crime. If somebody wants to go an a killing spree and they don''t have a gun, they''ll find a way. - Reply to this comment
- I''ve said it before and I''ll say it again.
I will gladly give up all my guns the day the government, the police, the military, and all criminals give up their guns first.
Until then, I will be keeping my guns.
It''s really as simple as that. - Reply to this comment
- Ignoring the weapons used to kill in 70% of all homicides and in 60% of all suicides would be silly!~

It''s silly to believe if all guns are removed, all those crimes will go away. - Reply to this comment
- Few are more self righteous than schoollord.
She knows everything about everyone including you and she is a self proclaimed expert on anything she wants to talk about.
All hail the mighty schoollord! - Reply to this comment
- To gunownerdan: All I asked for was a reasonable approach. You keep displaying no movement on the issue. Could it be that you are unable to see the danger or are you so intransigent that you will not listen to our information and opinions?

- There are over 200 million guns in private ownership in America. The cows are out of the barn and all the kings men and horses arn''t going to round them up. You are going to have to live or die with it. As Larry the cable guy says, "guns don''t kill people, husbands who come home early kill people".

- gunownerdan don''''t want guns to be blamed too for gun deaths. Do you want us to blame knives for gun deaths? "LOL"

No, blaming the weapon would be silly. The motives are to blame for ALL violent deaths, regardless of the means. - Reply to this comment
