I don''t think Chinese firms are any less scrupulous than American firms. We own two companies in China and I can tell you that they appear to be exceptionally conscientious. What is different, if anything, is that they do not have a history of observing rigorous quality standards and may feel that the system has more built-in latitude which they can use to lower costs and expedite product production. This particular case is conspiracy and premeditated fraud. Believe me, American companies engage in their share of these shenanigans.

Jedbarish: Interesting thought. Maybe a doggie picket line at ChemNutra''s Las Vegas address would be cool. Anyhow, my solution is: I just don''t buy any food product that doesn''t have a country of origin label. I pick one distributor that doesn''t list country of origin, and I don''t buy one thing from that distributor In my case, I don''t buy anything distributed by ConAgra.

Wake up America...Nothing from China, no food, no products at all. Our government won''t help us, we have to do this on our own.

Ban anything made in China! They''re not only incompetent but they''re crooks as well, with no conscience whatsoever.

First, let me clearly state that I am NOT an advocate of violence or civil disobediance. Secondly, we are under a Republican administration where business come first. Third, money is more important than pets. Pets don''t vote or pay taxes.

Still, I can''t help but wonder if one of my beloved cats had fallen victim, and I happened to be in the neighborhood of:

Chemnutra Inc
810 S Durango Dr
Las Vegas, NV 89145
(702) 818-5019

how I would feel about all this. I guess I would just shrug and say have a nice day.

Meow!

After reading this article to my dog, the only think he had to say was, "bark, bark, bark, bark, bark china"

Don''t know what that means but I think it isn''t good.

Bad dog.

What prosperity in china? They work 16 hour days for a dime. Their Environment is toxic. @0% of their internal products are tainted. The last batch of tainted baby formula killed 20 or 30 infants. Is this what you want for us? Educate yourself.

Look at all the prosperity in China and look at the state of our economy. When will our government open their eyes and bring jobs back to America?
