The past decade was the hottest of the past 150 years and perhaps the past millennium. The hottest 22 years on record have occurred since 1980, and 2005 was the hottest on record.

The growing scientific consensus is that this warming is largely the result of emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from human activities including industrial processes, fossil fuel combustion, and changes in land use, such as deforestation.

Do some research and get back to us.

Friggin moron. 2 years of below normal hurricane activity and no U.S. land hits last year. RECORD profits for insurance companies. Al Gore hasn''t got a clue.
The thermometer was invented about 1730 and you want to tell me that someone can say what the temperature was 2000 years ago. LIBS just don''t get it.

There is no such thing as a governmant bail out for the normal American, This government only bails out the wealthy and big business, check how much of your money thay have pumped into the stock market lately.

And entitlements? , bailout?, I don''t know what planet you are from, BUT

most Americans spend their entire lives paying hard earned money into the TAX system, when they need help they should be able to get some of their money back.

The people pay into Social Security (except for the wealthy)
their entire lives, if the republican government invested the citizens money instead of spending it -Social security would be fine,

It''s not an entitlemnet if it is YOUR money.
