Federal Government Hit With 489,000 Claims For Damages Sustained During 2005 Hurricane
- Right wing reptiles have been sucking the life out of the United States. True americans, true americans will rise against the forces of right wing anti-social evil that foams out of the fat, gross slovenly obesity of Rush Limbaugh and the whited sepulcher of bones Ann Coulter. The ignorant, lame horrid examples of humanity who willfully chose to follow what is evil and vile will be consumed by it.

The day will come for the arrogant and un-empathetic who recklessly make loose insensitive claims against their brethren. Anti-socials lose for themselves and they pay for their sins against humanity. - Reply to this comment
- This is proof that liberalism is a mental disorder. Most of these people were employed at minimum wage and were content to live in a shack before the storm. But now, well it''''''''s gimme a mansion and a billion dollars. They''''''''re disgusting.

Barbara Bush said: "Almost everyone I%u2019ve talked to says we''re going to move to Houston."
Then she added: "What I%u2019m hearing is they all want to stay in Texas. Everyone is so overwhelmed by the hospitality.
"And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this--this (she chuckles slightly) is working very well for them."
--GOP leaders told Bush that his hardcore push to renew the more onerous provisions of the act could further alienate conservatives still mad at the President from his botched attempt to nominate White House Counsel Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court.
%u201CI don%u2019t give a *******,%u201D Bush retorted. %u201CI%u2019m the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way.%u201D
%u201CMr. President,%u201D one aide in the meeting said. %u201CThere is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution.%u201D
%u201CStop throwing the Constitution in my face,%u201D Bush screamed back. %u201CIt%u2019s just a ******* piece of paper!%u201D

So you are FINALLY honest enough to admit you aren''t a US citizen ?
With respect to these law suits - they sound frivilous to me - asking for quadrillions. Maybe they should be summarily thrown out, and let the lawyer who was stupid enough to file eat the cost.
''cause the litigant sure ain''t gonna! - Reply to this comment
- Vainity at highest. The Buckwacker''s White House Regime and the dirty dozen in the supreme court will worm out. Soon the headlines will read, "The biggest scandel of the U.S. Federal Government." This will be prove folks that each one of you are under seige by your government.

- I wonder where those knotheads think the money will be coming from...that''''s right, taxpayers, right out of your pocket.
But don''''t expect liberals to understand that one - they only think about what they believe they are "entitled" to.

- So, this is the worst trauma that has occurred in the history of our country, huh? If they didn''t die then it''s not the worst trauma.
I guess what our ancestors went through during the revolutionary war wasn''t comparable to Katrina, or the Civil War, or slaves who lived and worked on the plantations or war veterans of every war this country has fought.Or, maybe 9/11.
Yep, can''t compete with Katrina. - Reply to this comment
- "Were any of these "victims" productive members of society prior to the hurricane? Some how I doubt it. " - without reading comprehension, I somehow doubt you are a productive memeber of society. If you could read, you''d see that among these victims who are suing are several businesses and the city itself.
