Ya Sweden has a great penal system with a very low recidivism rate, excellent education, excellent medical and science investment. They spend almost nothing on military... I''d say they have it pretty together.
There''s one problem though... the European countries don''t want American immigrants. Probably because of the behavior of our people. So it is exceptionally hard for a God Fearing Liberal like myself to GET OUT.
