- Narcissistic to the core. We gave this generation too much with the "everybody is a winner" philosophy. The are so entitled and uncaring toward others, and are never forced to take responsibility.
I agree...and we raised them. An entire generation fed the ''no one should loose...no one should get their feelings hurt'' propaganda...and it''s still going on to this day. Dodge ball is a bully sport. Name calling leads to suicide. Children are being taught to cave in the first time someone ridicules them. Character isn''t mentioned anymore in school. It''s equal this and equal that...and no one is better at anything than anyone else. Then when they hit the real world and can''t hold their own in simple office politics or can''t hold a job because they think they should start at the top (or be there in 3 months)then they want to run to mama and daddy and lay up with them for another 15 years. And mama and daddy let them. So, while there is a generation out there and one coming up that is totally out of touch with reality...they were raised by people who weren''t raised the same way. They claim the baby boomers were the generation of indulgence..raised to have everything their parents didn''t have...by parents who survived the Depression...so it all gets laid at the feet of parents somewhere along the line. Question is...when does it stop? - Reply to this comment

- Wow, that article is completely sobering. That was enough to make me sick to my stomach and even regret reading it. How two people can be so void of mental health and emotion is nothing less then frightful. I have 3 sisters who are very bitter and resentful of things that have happened with our parents, going back 40 years! It makes me wonder. I''m glad I live thousands of miles away from them.

- Death Penalty NOW - not later, and better yet, no trial. Why waste taxpayers money on scum.
A Bullet or in this two. If the police up there are too squeamish, pay me the air fare and I''ll gladly do THEIR WORK FOR THEM. - Reply to this comment
- They slaughter pigs with more dignity than these two deserve. They will spend money defending them, feeding them, keeping them healthy, and then allow them live out their lives in captivity...which is way too much. They really need to take these two to a slaughter house and be done with them. Miserable excuses for human beings. Mentally ill? Yeah, what person isn''t who kills a three year old? So what? Slaughter.

How do massacres in the State of Washington relate to the Chevron "Human Energy" campaign?
Does Chevron profit from these domestic mass-murders, as well as their overseas terrorism operations?- Reply to this comment

I have read your comments today and your comments on past gun control issues. You always go on and on with various assumptions of your own and assumptions of others. You constantly make statements and reasons why I and others do not need our firearms, how dangerous they are.
Unfortunately you never put forth any viable way to disarm the criminal, I have yet to read anything you state that if I were a criminal I would say---"You know that MyIDonCBS is right these guns are dangerous and from now on I am following his advice-- NO MORE CRIME FOR ME!!! - Reply to this comment

- Continued from below:
3. "Although most thefts of firearms (64%) occurred during household burglaries, a significant percentage (32%) occurred during larcenies. Loss of firearms through larceny was as likely to occur away from the victim''s home as at or near the home. In 53% of the
firearm thefts, handguns were stolen. 341,000 incidents of firearm theft occurred per year, 1987-92. Because the NCVS asks for types but not a count of items stolen, the annual total of firearms stolen probably [? how about DEFINITELY] exceeded the number of incidents."
As I''ve said before, it''s only a matter of time before the criminals come to take your guns and use them to murder someone else (or even you). Despite your many guns, according to the NCVS that will be just 1 incident, however. If there are more people like you, then 341,000 firearm theft incidents could mean MILLIONS of guns provided to criminals each year! What will they do with those guns? Commit more crimes and kill MORE people! Thanks for your contribution to crime!
And finally, try to keep this point in mind: If waving your gun around will scare off an attacker, then that attacker is NOT serious. Most of the deaths by handgun are NOT random people... they are targets. If a criminal is the one targeting you, they will arrive on the scene prepared for whatever "defense" you have. Anyway you look at it, a handgun is not a good defensive tool. But it is an excellent tool for murder, as we read about every day. - Reply to this comment
