Phoenix Man Sentenced For Raping 2 Sisters; Still Faces Trial For Killing 8 Women, 1 Man
- Since the death penalty is now considered cruel and unusual punishment...I say let those, given the life sentence, have the option of lethal injection when they decide they have had enuf of a miserable life in prison.

- "(AP) A Marine reservist who killed an Iraqi soldier was sentenced Friday to a bad-conduct discharge but will serve no more time behind bars, a spokeswoman said.
The Iraqi was on "our side".
Prosecutors rejected the self-defense claims, saying Hassin suffered 17 stab wounds, 26 slashes and a chop to the face that nearly severed his nose, while Holmes was not injured."

- 438 years huh? Is that the politically correct term? I thought it was LIFE SENTANCE? I''m also confused as to why he doing so much time for 2 rapes, he hasn''t yet been convicted of murder right? Hope we don''t have another O.J. on our hands! LOL! I guess 438 years is pretty harsh. But on the other hand I work second shift for a door manufacturing company and we have an induvidual (male) who in 2006 molested a LITTLE boy...... Some help me out and tell me why he''s not serving 219 years! Everytime I see this guy I want to puke!

- He should be killed, and slowly. Make him beg for his life, make him scream. Deterrence and revenge may scare these soulless scum where nothing else has worked.

As usual, you don''t bother to get a grip on the facts before spouting off.
The Innocence Project ALONE has exonerated over 200 wrongly convicted.
