Thugs Beat Jewish Group Who Wished Them A "Happy Chanukah"; Student Comes To Their Aid
- Ha! So ONE Muslim actually does something kind, courageous & selfless for a Jew and all you liberals are nodding your heads like you were right about your Muslim allies all along.... and of course, the requisite bashing of Christians is not to far behind... Puh-LEASE. The reality is that most Christians would be appalled at so-called Christians beating up Jews in the name of Christ while most Muslims would be appalled at a so-called Muslim helping out any Jew... What you''re seening is is TWO examples of ''believers'' acting outside the norm of their faith. Funny how liberals don''t say squat when Muslims blow up a bunch of innocent people in Algeria - except of course for you liberal conspiracy theorists blaming Bush & the CIA while chanting oil, oil, oil...
I take my hat OFF to this Muslim kid though - but for his own safety from other Muslims - I suggest he lay low for a while.... otherwise we''ll be hearing about another honor killing before too long.. - Reply to this comment
- Incidentally, when is the last time that liberal CBS News posted an article about the many GOOD deeds of Christians? You will never hear about it here. You only hear about the occasional nut job.

- Good for Hassan.
Too bad that antijewish/antimuslim/antiarab bias is raging in the popular Christian community these days. - Reply to this comment
- At least two people here actually believe a Jesus tatoo is what makes a Christian, a Christian. Hmmmm. So, if I tatoo United States of America on my arm, would that make me an American? Why didn''t anyone make a point about the attackers gender, or his race?
I suppose if you already hated Christians, you wouldn''t need anything more to go on. A real Christian wouldn''t even make a statement about the Jews killing Jesus, since it was ultimately God the Father who put his Son to death. If there was a contest to see who was the dumbest, then why wouldn''t Christians hate all Italians, too? Since, it was the Romans who executed Jesus, too. Duhhh. - Reply to this comment

- Apparently, the dude with the Jesus tattoo missed the whole point of the crucifixion. Yes, the Jews at the time were involved, but that''s simply because of the region where it took place. Jews were there. Big deal. If the crucifixion happened in Mexico, the Mexicans would naturally have been implicated. It doesn''t matter who did it, what matters is that it was SUPPOSED to happen the way that it did. It was for the benefit of us all. It was part of God''s plan. Holding Jews responsible for killing Jesus completely misses the whole point.
That guy with the tattoos wasn''t a Christian - he was an assshole. - Reply to this comment
- How small minded could this article be?
Next time a person (who happens to be Christian) does something news-worthy, will it read "Christian does so-and-so"? How would the editor/writer describe the Civil War: "Christians fight Christians to help free enslaved Christians and others"? How about the Arab/Israeli conflict: "Christians help Jews fight Arabs/Muslims"
CBS...why don''t you realize that evil and hatred, as well as goodness reside in PEOPLE not in demographics. SHAME ON YOU. - Reply to this comment

- People better wake up to the bullying going on in the U.S. by the Christian crazies. They are feebleminded but unfortunately quite mobile and loud. The megachurches are filled with megamorons. Put them in brown shirts and you have the makings of a group that will make the Nazis look like amateurs. The Christians weren''t yelling "Merry Christmas" in a real way, it was done to bother the Jews. The Muslim student is a brave person. Every Muslim student I''ve ever met has been intelligent and courageous. The ones who wanted to stay in the U.S. in the 70''s and 80''s were summarily pushed back to Iraq and Iran.

- You didn''t qualify your statement, Are you a Jew hater or a christian hater, You just couldn''t let it be, could you, You defiled a good thing with a statement that prompts more bad feelings. Just so you know, I am a Christian that hates nobody, just some of their actions.
