The attackers were NOT CHRISTIAN.

I''m glad that someone helped those people being attacked. It is too bad that we live in a society where people (good and bad) are labeled by their religions.

What these kids did was not Christian and they deseve what the court brings upon them. The fact that two have been charged with Hate crimes before only shows their true colors and hatred. Unfortunately they are indicative of some members of society who have an intolerance for others. Fortunately they do not represent humanity as a whole though some would attempt to make it that way.

Being a good Citizen is the message here to help others in need NOT the fact that the boy was Muslim but that he was a good citizen and willing to help some one in need. It is only due to the current climate and tension between religions which ha caused this to be a story of Note

It doesn''''''''t STATE that the attacker was a Christian, but it IMPLIES such (the Michael Moore technique of reporting). Obviously, a tattoo doesn''''''''t make someone a Christian, but that doesn''''''''t matter. CBS''''''''s intent was to demonstrate MUSLIM=GOOD, JEWISH=GOOD, CHRISTIAN=BAAAAAD. And they''''''''ve done a good job. Look at some of the anti-Christian posts here.

In case you haven''''t noticed, the only individual who really too offense to my comments was someone who apparently was deprived of oxygen at birth, and was accusing me of "racism". Posted by mike71067 at 11:58 AM

Was deprived of oxygen? Or was angered by your comments? I would say the latter.

"CBS''s intent" mike71067? Of course you know exactly what their intent is. And if you don''t, you''ll just make it up because thats'' what bigots do, right?

I''m neither surprised or amused by your behavior Mike71067.

Thank God, for the Muslim coming to the aid of the Jew. Thank God, and I don''t care who''s God you wish to thank!

This is a ridiculous statement. I did not see that as an intent on the part of CBS in reporting this event. Why should they adjust the story for your benefit? What happened happened as they are relaying it. So, a very positive article actually turns out to be an attack on Christianity for you. And you slam CBS as being some kind of Michael Moore. That is ridiculous. Why don''t you just appreciate that someone showed care for someone else and it didn''t have a thing to do with religion, but with principles for our fellow man which all of us should have regardless of religion? I can see why people took offense to your comments.

"That a random Muslim kid helped some Jewish kids, that''s what''s positive about New York," said Adler,
-----

That''s not what''s positive about "New York" - That''s what''s positive about America! Period - well, maybe except the south and Texas!

Jeez, who''d of thunk that there would be radical Christians in New York? Boggles the mind. Heehee.

Mike don''t take Trbl24u to heart, if their post name explains their hertitage. Racism is part of their life.

We can all learn from Mr. Hasan Askari. No matter what religion we are. And we have learned especially from the thug with a tattoo of Jesus on his arm. He spat in Jesus'' face. He took the Lord''s name in vain. What''s that old adage? - "Handsome is as Handsome does", i.e. Hypocrisy is as Hypocrisy does. Wasn''t Christ a Jew, by the way? And none of this means religion is bad, as some commenters state. It means that self-proclaimed religious people (with and without tattoos :) don''t actually follow their religion but twist it to suit the personal hatreds they follow. Always have. The good will always be with us, and so will the vile.

Good people of every faith! Regardless of your beliefs you can find good people in all walks of life and bad people in all walks of life.
Here you see some hippocritical people claiming to be christians beating people up and showing intolerance. Jesus would never condone such sins. period.

Did you lose oxygen at birth? Nothing in my comments here even implies at the slightest that your accusations are true. You remind me of one of those paranoid weirdos who finds racism everywhere, like Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, or Al Sharpton. Did you know that Coco Puffs cereal is racist? "I''m cuckoo for Coco Puffs". See? The brown cereal makes you "cuckoo", crazy. And what about Frosted Flakes? The white-coated cereal - they''re "greeeat!". See? It''s RACISM!

"That''s when the Jews killed Jesus" is absolutely absurd. Any Christian knows that Jesus was sent to the cross by God. He was MEANT to die. Therefore, the Jews were MEANT to prosecute him. If Christ didnt die (by the Jews or whatever), then Christianity wouldnt even exist. Any Christian who is angry that the Jews "killed" Jesus is a complete idiot and a meathead.
