- What? You still didn''''t answer my question. Are we to tear down the Sumpreme Court building, which is filled with religious symbols, stop prayer at opening on Congress meetings, and remove the liberty bell?

Don''t waste your breath on this dolt. You can read a new book out by Gingrich called Rediscovering God in America. It''s a very shot read but he points out all the monuments where the words God appears and gives you all the historical references that would make your heart happy. LOL - Reply to this comment
- How many of you people that are so quick to have under God removed from the pledge recite it yourselves? Are you going to tell me you would as soon as we remove that one phrase? I doubt it. And as Mudrose said, it isn''t mandatory. Newdon is just a trouble maker and by the way, his daughter is a Christian. So it isn''t a matter of his concern for his child.

- The "IN GOD WE TRUST" motto on our money is really not much different from the "GOD WITH US" motto on the Nazi belt buckle.

- What if we make some changes to Kumbaya?

- This is obvious to everyone - and any Christian who says otherwise is either an idiot or is breaking one of the ten commandments right at the moment when they make that claim.

Oh pipe down. Any moron knows that the pledge does not have to be recited whether it says Under God or not. It''s not mandatory. - Reply to this comment
- Why should roughly 3% of population rule? What are atheists so afraid of? Don''''t want the constant reminder that maybe they are wrong?

Most people who say they are Christians have good reason to be concerned that maybe they are right. - Reply to this comment
