I must have reported this guy at least once a day for a month now.

I have suggested they ask Ron Paul to curb his PR crew, I have even suggested they block his IP address, as he clearly violates the rules of engagement regularly.

His continued spamming ability and ability to make multiple posts all time stamped identically (or nearly so) suggests a team of people with numerous IP addresses. as the publish button is usually temporarily disabled, preventing this kind of spam from one person.
