Goodness, what is the world coming to when a decent act of kindness and compassion for a fellow human being gets turned into this debate about who is worthy or legal. I don''t agree with illegals coming here, I feel they should go throught the proper channels and come legally as my grandparents die BUT give it a rest already. there are pleny of worthless lazy americans that cost the tax payers plenty, much more than the illegals I would venture to say.

In this day when the news if full of who killed whom, children being raped and murdered, people hurting others, and on and on can you not just rejoice in a news item that tells us the story of a man who helped a child when that child needed help the most.

Can you not just give a rest already and be a part of the human race of which we all belong too regardless of what country you were born into.

This man did a mighty good thing and that is all I need to know.

What bull. A media manufactured story to arouse support for the illegals. He wasn''t rescued by the illegal at all. The boy was at the car site - you can read that between the lines (if he were lost in the desert as the story would like us to believe they wouldn''t have been able to find the car and try to pull the woman out)- and would have been rescued by the hunters regardless.
You could just have well slanted the story to read "Illegal Alien is Useless at Attempt to Pull Woman From Car. Hunters Rescue Boy in Desert." Brainwashing by media slantism.

This was a wonderfull story until we got to the little sermon at the end about these poor illegal immigrants getting charactarized as criminals.

I have friends that are hardworking older Born in America that can''t afford health care. Yet they come over the border (illegally mind you) and receive all sorts of free services. Well, considering that their descendents stole it from mine, I''d say it''s mine and my peoples. However, that land was bought and paid for, I don''t care if the peons didn''t get any benefit out of it(those that were established on this side of the border did), However that is not my problem. ALL ILLEGALS need to be sent back to their country of origin.

Illegal aliens are the refuse of other countries, living lives of crime, theft, deceit, and intrusion.
Law enforcement must act or the citizenry will do the job for them. We need to stop patronizing any business that hires, supports, or is sympathetic to illegas. I quit my newspaper because the guy delivering by car in the morning, won''t speak English.

They also believe and practice indulging their sons; thus the horrific crime rate among their young males when they come to this country and among the US Latino young men. One of my kids is an assistant manager at a fast food restaurant...gets paid under $8.00/hour. Another kid is a bartender...makes $7.00/hr. My other kid works at a doctor''s office and draws blood, gives injections, runs lab tests and does X-rays and makes $10.00/hr and no benefits. They work hard for their money and don''t have benefits. So you are barking up the wrong tree.
