Reading stuff like this brings tears to my eyes. How can human beings do this to another? I don''t recall this kind of thing happening when we had a peace-loving President in the White House; - one that was elected by the popular vote and not the U.S. Supreme Court. Yes, I absolutely blame the "Shrub" for this kind of behavior. He attacks other countries and, being the psychotic bully that he is, tells the enemy to "bring it on!" Sick, just plain sick!

You know the parents arent the ones to blame. In society now of days there is movies like Saw 1-4 and the graphic mutalations in those films tend to effect the weak minded. Im 17 and I can see it. Every where you look on television is murders, rape, and just some crazy s***. Parents really cant control the kids after a certain point, because once a kid is brainwashed by the media and the movies they are screwed up for life. True this does not pardon them or give them the excuse to do the crimes they committed but you have to remember these are kids we talking about. They may have brutally murdered but its really not their fault. Its the media corperations brainwashing them. To understand this you have to stand outside the box and observe. That all I really habe to say on this matter.

I know how quick one might want to put this on the parents, because I have felt the same about such stuff in the past. But over time, I have come to know parents of children who seem to have virtually no conscience at all, and often enough, the parents are very good people who have great values. But something is not clicking inside their kid, because he or she seems to have no conscience. Often enough parents will see some disturbing signs that things are not right (such as torture of little animals and such), but in reality there is little they can do, because most psychologists are very reluctant to label their behavior at such a young age.

If it''s OK to behead a man for having had a sexual encounter with a 14 year-old girl when he was 17 then what punishment should we accord a 16 year-old guy for having done it with the same girl?
Something less drastic like cutting his hand off?

The death penalty won''t help any and never has. How often do you see youngsters committing this sort of crime, anyhow?
If the death penalty hasn''t brought down any numbers in the states that it''s applied then it won''t do any good here, either.

I am sorry, but I am with those who say that they should be put out of their misery.. they have lost the right to live..
They try to tell us that the death penalty doesn''t stop murders and of course it wont, but it might stop murders like this Premeditated one..
Cases like this cannot be rehabilitated, and anyway why take the risk, most people who are let out of jail for rape, pedophilia etc just do it again.. a bullet is cheaper than keeping them in jail..

Years ago before TV young men would be out playing and having fun, today far too many children and adults see hr after hr of the most horrific things on TV, and if a few seconds add has such fantastic results that the amount of product sold from the adds will far exceed the cost of the add, so much so that they keep advertising, then what does hrs and hrs of watching murders, violence, rapes, etc do to our young impressionable, developing minds.
There are too many stupid parents out there now who don''t even check up on what their children are watching, or who allow them to watch horrors with them..
What do readers think of perhaps charging TV or Hollywood for some of these murders if proven that the murder constantly watched such programs via TV or videos..DVD''s.. Should we be being more responsible in what we allow to come over these TV, videos???
