Even if there was no sexual crime here, at the very least, she would be guilty of kidnapping! Taking him out of state, and out of the country, makes it a federal crime. I can''t imagine they would be able to hide for long, even in Mexico.

What about all the young, uderage schoolgirls out there who want to "DO" their teacher. Should we NOT have laws to stop them from having *** with their male fantasy teacher? This woman has kidnapped and raped a 13 year old boy and should be charged. If this was a male teacher and a girl student there would be no question as to the charges. There is a fine line between fantasy and reality and the line here has been crossed. A 13 year old is not old enough to know the difference between hormones and love, but an adult does, or should, know the difference. That''s why there are age of consent laws.
