Personally, I think all of you morons should go back to English class and learn proper spelling, grammer and vocabulary! Then, come back and post a concise opinion on this matter.

Attractive female? You really don''t get out much, do you? This chick is fat, doesn''t wash her hair and looks like she needs dental work. Anyway, people who defend this stuff or pretend they don''t see what is wrong with it should be put on a Watch List themselves; it is a clear indicator of their intellect and social level. To begin with, a teacher is in loco parentis, and having *** with a student in itself is illegal and unethical. More significantly, what sort of utter loser is so desperate that they have to have *** with children half their age? Got news for you kiddies, you may think you''re hot *** because you''re getting laid, but no 13 year-old on earth has any idea what they''re doing. That only comes with experience.

You idiots I in no way support Bush since he killed that jesus freak lady in Texas you think the religious right that got him in there would have been appauled by that. But I don''t believe our leadership or lack there of has anything to do with this fat cow playing with children because no decent man wanted her. She ran to Mexico because they like that there they love to harbor fugitives for the cash there useless that''s why there citizens sneak here they are the sorriest country in the americias

This is yet another example of the failure and moral depravity of Western society. They should be ashamed of themselves! They invaded Iraq and male and female teachers are seducing their underage male students... what? Hey, Americans spend their days blaming other countries for any and every unrelated negative event, using every convoluted reason they can come up with. Just proving how full of it they really are. :)

This is yet another example of the failure and moral depravity of the Bush administration. They should be ashamed of themselves! If we hadn''t invaded Iraq then female teachers wouldn''t be seducing their underage male students... what? Hey, other malcontents already spend their days blaming Bush for any and every unrelated negative event, using every convoluted reason they can come up with. Just jumping on the bandwagon here that''s all. :)

One might conjecture that they would. Hence the word Street "Wise".....

The advantage a street kid has is he would go steal someone else''''s RV and eliminate the need for a tent.

Ahhh yes, but after running out of gas in the middle of nowhwere, the advantage the hicksville kid has is to teach streetwise kid how to wipe his a$$ with leaves....

Repealing *** crines as a former law enforcement officer you can''t be serious there would be feeding frenzy and you know it. Do you have some secrets you need to talk about I normaly find you on top of the issues but on this I see loose screws.

Geez I guess I was born way too early. When I was a kid all of my teachers were mean old women with grey hair and nasty attitudes. What I would have given when I was that age to have had a hot young teacher willing to "tutor" me after hours.

"My original point was that a 13 year old with no parental guidance is more mature (street smart, worldly, whatever) than some kid who is being raised in Hicksville, USA."

Well, again, that depends on one''s point of view. But, I agree with you as well....

If I need to score a few blunts on the corner, then I go with the 13 yr old that is street wise...

However, If I need help putting up a tent in the woods, I go with hicksville......know what I''m sayin''?

Tucker, the boy''s name is Hispanic (Latin). I know, that is more than enough to bring out your bigotry. Thanks to Mother Chance your space comes in-between Mr. Matthews and Mr. Matthews (5 and 7PM). I have heard you say that garbage is part of life in Mexico and that you have seen it. To say that for public consumption, even if it is true, is mean. Have you ever thought that Mexicans were in America --North and South, both are Americas-- before any of your immigrating ancestors came down here? I''m not Mexican, mind you.

Enough talk this is a perverted lady it happens they are just more quiet about it. The poor stupid kid thinks he has a moma and a girlfriend and at 13 is on the adventure of his life. This woman when captured should be publicly beaten the desperate wench.

And applying a law based solely on age is inappropriate because it does not account for the kid''''s experience or "maturity." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, who decides beforehand how mature someone is, or do we wait for a crime/felony to be committed before establishing their maturity? That''s the idea behind having laws, to set guidelines.

But, if you think a 13 year old without parental supervision is mature, you must be very forgiving of all those murdering gang members around the country who have no fathers or no mother or either, and no parental guidance. They must be very mature.

Yeah right, just look at their choices in life. Some maturity there, sport.

It''s not rape in the violence sense.
Its statutory.
We send double messages, hollyweird and fashion designers, Apple Computer, etc. prey upon the young chasing the buck.
Our Government places laws on the books just to chase the buck.
*** is all over the TV. We give out birth control in schools.
Where%u2019s the mother or father speaking out in condemnation?
This is what happens when Big Brother is your Daddy.
Wake up boobus America.

Tucker; I described that they are different and you conclude that I don''t recognize that they are different. Then you say "...same as any other assault. The only difference...". Since you do not even understand the words "same" and "difference", to know that difference means it is NOT the same, I will not continue this exchange.

TUCKER -- Agreed. But, I would venture to say that kids that grew up in stable homes, are far more likely (regardless of richness or poorness)to lead stable lives.

You can have all the street smarts (because of the forced self-reliance due to an unstable home)all you want, but that generally leads to an unstable life. Irregardless of his/her self reliability....
