Underage teens have *** - a lack of judgement, an excess of hormones - it happens. Only if it is rape, or when an adult takes advantage of them, is it a crime. You''ve got to be pretty sexually repressed to think this was ever worth a day in jail, let alone 10 years.

sblake63, have you ever had any kind of contact with a normal teenager?

Wow sblake63

I''m glad I didn''t grow up in your household. Do you lock your teenagers in the closet until they''re 18? I didn''t realize there was a law against teenagers under 18 having consensual ***. If he had been over 18, then I could see a case.

Honor student. On his way to college. Success story out of a horrible neighborhood. One insane DA uses a law designed to catch 40 year old pedophiles raping children to put him in jail for 10 years, for a BJ from another teenager - while both were underage.

Anyone really believe that if he was white, this would have been allowed to slide? Nope. This was a horrible injustice, and if every kid who ever got a BJ was in jail, we''''d all have to take a turn as prison guards! This is ridiculous, and only racists and pure ''''***-is-evil'''' puritans can see this as a just sentence.

Wow he is all that huh? Hmmm but the following equation shows us:

Honor student + 15 year old camcorder running = sociopath **** who got what he deserved.

Hopefully a lucky shot from a future homeowner (robbery victim) will put an end to this punk''s stupidity !

Why I even stoop to read this drivel is beyond me. But anyway, here goes: Racism - a natural behavior, also known as discrimination. Just because it is natural does not make it ideal. At one point in time the races were identified by nation, but as we have converged into the same lands and cultures have clashed. The repulsiveness of cultures between races is what drives racism as we know it. When people of different races have shared culture and values, then color really doesn''t matter anymore. There are those in this country who realize that to be true and in an effort to preserve their status in life as a hater and a divider, they promote racial superiority. Until cultures and values become so blended that there are no glaring differences, racism based on skin color will thrive. I am white with blonde hair and blue eyes, a BORN-AGAIN reformed Christian, a Constitutional conservative, wealthy businessman, extremely physically fit, a multi-gun owner, a hunter an fisherman, an avid outdoorsman, a gospel singer(first tenor), a southern-raised gentleman who opens doors for ladies, a believer in personal excellence and a believer in personal financial responsibility. I know some of that repulses you. Had I said I was black, would that have made any difference? I would hope not. Racism is power for the ignorant man or woman to hide behind to mask their own shortcomings.

sblake63 "But if we were do so some research on the subject and take politics out of it, we whould so that far more liberals & moderates are having gay *** lol."

That''s an outright lie, liberals may be guilty of many things, like conservatives, but "se[xual] represssion isn''t one of them, it''s ****[phobic] se[x]ually "depressed/repressed" individuals like yourself that are guilty of committing seedy licentuous perverted acts not liberals...

And tuckerndfw black racism has more to do with an in-group paradigm, rather than out-group, it is impossible for an oppressed group to be racist against an oppressor, the oppressed group has NO POWER to enact racism or discrimination, and I''m surprised an intellectual such as yourself hasn''t figured that out yet....

Blacks, like Native Americans, do not "THRUST" the power to be racist or enact any form of racist policies, therefore, they CAN''T be racist...

They control "NOTHING" in the way of: production, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution, so how can they be "RACIST".....

What did you do wave your magic wand?

Re: "Teen Jailed On Underage *** Rap Is Free"

This is an idiotic headline, but fantastic news!

Congratulations to this man, and to his friends and family.

Only the most sexually repressed, bigoted, and closeted bible thumper could have seen this man''s sentence as reasonable or fair.

Looks like our modern-day witch-burners are on the run!

Spelling errors - get over them, this is not a legal document or a scholarly report.

English is not easy to spell and people have different abilities in spelling and it is not necessarily a reflection of a persons intelligence (unless its really bad lol).

I am glad he was set free, finally. What''s unfortunate is that his case is not unique. Lady Justice is not blind; she is always peeking from underneath her blindfold. She knows actually who given this "blind justice". The justice system is flawed in this country. Sadly enough in the 21st century, there is still disparate treatment against a certain peoples. But yet we are suppose to be a country strong on human rights and equality. We continue to deal with this system that bases justice on race, economics, and social status and no one does anything about it. We continue to elect the same "old White guys and token Black (just to show the world "see they get equal and fair treatment") only to turn around and make a mockery of ourselves. I am happy that Mr. Wilson is free but as for justice being "served" in my opinion Genarlow Wilson "got served" with that bogas case. I read no mention of his case being overturned, thrown out, or expunged from his record, but does it really matter? Because no matter what happens now, his life is forever changed.

LOL I didnt break any laws he did. And because of liberal cry babies like you and the outmoded civil rights movement whom some people fear so much, this punk is getting so much sympathy

Again I say, the mother and the father of the 15 year old girl should be the subject of a CPS child neglect investigaion - she had no business being at an unsupervised party at 15 YEARS OF AGE. We wouldnt be arguing over this story if some effective parenting skills were in place, would we?????????

whatithink, I said I agreed with you, if the six black students were charged then also the white students, while I understand the situation in Jena, Louisiana, it''s no different than other Southern towns, e.g. Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, etc.

This has been "long-standing", the racial tension between blacks and whites, whites and blacks, my argument would be why haven''t the blacks within this racially charged town "stood out" and protested, and if you''ve kept up with the events before and after the "mass protest" most blacks in Jena had cautioned those coming into their town in protest against the unfair treatment of the six, to stay away and leave things along....

And yes, in the Virginia case, law enforcement did its job, however, the protest would be against those white Southerners that still feel compelled to viciously attack black folks and commit insanely brutal acts, such as this one...
I''m aware the two cases or incidents are not parallel, however, the wanton onslaught against blacks is still paramount in this society, e.g. the "sporadic noose hangings" around the country should have sparked a RISE to investigate political policies in many Southern states..

And the case I''d mentioned happens more often than you think, that''s the real problem, rather than an isolated case involving black and white students..

Wow, what an amazing difference between his before prison photo and his after prison photo.

He has been thoroughly beaten out of any hope.

I wonder if our legal system is happy with what it has achieved...for the sake of a consensual BJ.

Lmao more ammo for my point about lazy & neglectful parenting styles where we have a parent who encourages bad behaviors. This is the kind of trash upbringing of kids that made this story possible. Keep feeding us material folks. Take yourself and your kid to church, if you can bring yourself to do that perhaps some parenting classes?

trenticus needs to obtain his GED LOL. Notice his spelling? Low income & low IQ people usually believe in letting their kids running wild. To do otherwise would require effort and deep thought - too much for your average liberal & moderate

PS. Why isn''t CPS investigating the girls parents for neglect?
