I don''t. It''s like lars008 in drag. A blind, incompetent fool, that blindly follows and supports Bush as he leads us down a path of destruction. She is one of the dangerous 27%. - Reply to this comment

- "Putting politics ahead of our troops is why these chumps are at 11% approval and still going down."

What b48151 forgot to mention is that Republicans have the lowest approval ratings in Congress.
He should have asked himself how the American people could be extremely opposed to the war (a bigger percentage want a troop withdrawal in a year than voted for Reagan over Mondale) and at the same time angry at Congress for not supporting the war.
Logic is not the strong suit of Conservatives.
It"s more like a poodle skirt among them. - Reply to this comment
- I really doubt that the Democrats are smart enough to see this coming, that''''s why so many of them are now reversing course.

While I agree I feel this was not the time for this resolution, It is not the reason for the low approval it is because the Republicans block all legislation and what does pass Bush veto''s so don''t start blaming the democrats for that. - Reply to this comment
- Every nation on earth should have condemned the Armenian Genocide, including Turkey.
I don"t know why the Israel of Ehud Olmert chooses to join forces with the Holocaust Deniers in Mahmoud Ahmadinejad"s Iran on this issue.
Olmert is as humane and reasonable a leader as you"re likely to find in the Middle East. - Reply to this comment

- The Jews were so outnumbered and surrounded in Nazi Europe, that any attempted gunplay on their part would only have made the situation worse, if that"s possible.
A better analogy is Iraq, where the armed citizens have frustrated and nullified a big Coalition force.

I don''t know. I think I would rather take my chances in a gunfight and get shot and killed, rather than getting sent to a concentration camp. Also, as proven by Iraq, the domination of the Germans could have been hampered by a strong insurgency. Look at the French resistance. - Reply to this comment

Do you think this was smart for Congress to bring this up now. I know it was bad in 1915 and all but I feel Turkey was on shaky ground anyway. Well lets see how it turns out. - Reply to this comment
