my solution is to treat this as a hate crime and prosecute it to the fullest extent provided by law. Some of the kids at 15 and 16 may be treated as minors. the 17, 18, and 19 year olds are more likely to be treated as adults with harsher consequences.

That''s exactly what I was saying to someone earlier. Maybe they should have put stickers on each other and swapped their "prisoners" after lunch. The way I understand it is that once you''re "captured" you can try to escape, which is why they bind you. The problem allegedly began when they forgot about the boy who was bound and went to lunch.

Let''s face it, teenagers don''t always make the best decisions. Most boy''s brains are still growing until they are in their early 20''s.

My intent was not to argue with anyone. I''m an opinionated person just like everyone else who blogs, which is why we''re all posting on this site.
