This guy had this tape for 5 months before giving it to the authorities??? He should be charged with obstruction of justice along with everything else. Maybe if the authorities had gotten the tape when he first "found" it, they could have found this poor little girl. I pray that she is still alive and can be found quickly. But it doesn''t sound likely.
