"Romans 13
Submission to the Authorities
1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4For he is God''s servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God''s servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. 6This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God''s servants, who give their full time to governing. 7Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor."

She did not submit.

You who agree with this are part of the problem. When it happens to you or someone you love then maybe you''''ll wake up. But it may be too late!! And you who agree with this use of bully force are accomplices to this human evil!! marienatha

What about those of us who loose loved ones to drunk drivers? What about the families of the cops who get killed by criminals who are under the influence. This lady was out of control and I would bet everything I have that this in not her first run-in with the authorities! I bet this isn''t her first time as a drunken disorderly. The officer was clear with his instructions and she blatently did the opposite. She deserved what she got. Maybe next time (because there will be one) when she sees the tazer she will do as she is told. And those of you who are for her are a danger to the rest of us- you do stupid things when you are under the influence!

OMy....I keep reading these commenets and i pray for these people who have never been tazered, and for the ones who think that being tazed repeatedly is safe or even alright. I''ve watched COPS on T.V. and seen lots of times people kicking and beating there cars and they didn''t taze them people! Was it because there on video... Were theres no differants here hes on video and we seen the officer wrongely abuse her,and if you can watch this tape and can sit there and say she deserved this your sick, sick, sick and yes people MESS up.. yes shes one of them, but that COP MESSED up to BIG TIME! And i''d just like to add being tazered is a great deal of force and theres no control over your bowels. I''d never want that to happen to me and i know the lady is telling the truth camaras don''t LIE... lots and lots of people have experianced being tazered and they all can''t be LIERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The media does not need to do anything in this case to make law enforcement look bad. No matter what went before, the sight of a police officer repeatedly tasing someone half his size, who clearly poses no danger to him or anyone else at that point sends all the message that our kids need. You can tell them over and over that the police officer is your friend, but this guy just negated your message. And he gets a paid vacation as a result.

From what I saw on the video she had no chance to say anything, everytime she tried to he tased her. He kicked her and he caused her to smack her head againist the vehicle, no wonder she can''t see and the sad thing is he is suppose to be a protecter and he acted like he was enjoying his mistreatment of her. Does this mean this is what we have to look forward to if we ever have an encounter with our protecters and what was going on behind the vehicle when they were out of site of the recorder? After she was in the car hand cuffed & all why was she tasered again?

Why don''t you show all of the vidio? The woman did not comply with the officers instructions. We try to teach out children to do what an officer says but then only show what you want the public to think the officer did wrong. Show how the woman was acting.
Show the whole vidio or none of it. Making Law enforcement always look bad sends a very bad message to our children.

If the tazer victim were black (man or woman), there would be outrage; including rallying and protesting. sharpton and jackson would be on their pulpits preaching racism and guilty charges, warranted or not. think: jena 6, duke lacrosse team, etc.

the female community needs a %u201Csharpton%u201D and a %u201Cjessie jackson%u201D, they need to organize groups to protect their rights as loudly and vehemently as the black community protects theirs.

in this case, the victim was a woman, a defenseless, drunk woman, with no criminal record. her ethnicity does not matter (as it never should). where%u2019s the rage? where is the female community. I dare say that overall, women (as a group) prove to be victims to men, far more often than blacks (as a group) to whites %u2013 regardless of where they live in this world or during which century they lived.

kovach is enjoying torturing this woman, watch his facial expressions. He is a big, cowardly bully.

in the case of this ohio woman, my opinion is this %u2013 simply allow the woman to tazer that fat, bullying, kovach as many times as she was tazered %u2013 until he get 32 burn holes in his pants. She should be allowed to kick him while he is down, and hit his head on something, then handcuff him and continue tazering him. then fire him, let a jury take care of the rest, let it go and get on with her life.

In reply to reginaelieze''s comment, first of all the woman went to a wedding that day then went out to party with friends from the wedding party. Second, being a single parent doesn''t mean that you are irresponsible by going out once and getting trashed. USUALLY PEOPLE PARTY AFTER A WEDDING!!! THERE''S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT!!! I am a Single father and just because I go out once a week doesn''t make me a bad father. You people that write stuff like this need to be real about life and what you are saying. This was outright wrong what happend to this woman.. Being in Law enforcement in the past, I can tell you that he could have done this differently.. Now with that said we don''t know all the facts about what happend leading up to the tasering but from what I saw, he could have made her comply with MACE, AND JUST HIS SHEAR STRENGTH........FOLLOW PROTOCOL AND USE OF FORCE RULES. MACE SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED BEFORE THE FREAKEN TASER!!!!

I have two comments. I love the early show I watch it everyday. But why was that video played over and over and over while that women sat their, when she said it was hard for her to listen to her own screams which caused her to tear up and look even more pitiful.
Also why is it that the fact that she left her children, was out partying, getting drunk, getting into a bar fight, being thrown out of a bar, is turned into "a single parent, mother of a four yr. old got into a scuffle, and was asked to leave." She was so drunk she got into the wrong car! Seems like to me a certain person whose first name is "Britney" was being drug through the mud for leaving her children at home while she was partying!! She was called an unfit mother! Not a single parent who just went out to have fun with her friends!
Soon the police are going to be just like the school teachers, they won''t be able to touch anyone, chase anyone, or take control of any situation. Crime is getting worse and people are getting out of control. The more horrid people get, the more horrid the consequence!
