If this is what he had to do to subdue a drunk woman, then this cop is incompetent. "Doing his job"??? That would have meant that he would have had his facts straight and not confronted her in the way he did to begin with. He wouldn''t have tased a cuffed woman. He would have kicked a stunned, tased, cuffed woman. This pi1ck needs to lose his badge, and the dept needs to get their a$$es SUED.
