Yes, there is a law against it. We are a nation that is free but you can not do whatever you *** well please. Yelling fire and a theatre, stuff like that. You just can''t do it. Walking around with a fake bomb on your chest? Definitely not something you should be doing, especially in Boston. We all know how crazy they get when it comes to anything resembling a bomb. However, they have a reason to be crazy about it.

This young lady deserves some jail time and the book thrown at her. It is not a crime to be stupid but she should be made to pay for breaking some law. If not, some other dummy will try the same thing. Kudos to the law enforcement types that reacted.
