I, too, wonder where God will find a lawyer in heaven to represent him.

This should just go to show all of you who are thinking of writing a confession book (the bible, I did it), be you either God or O.J. someone will sue you.

More moonbat scatology.

"Struck and killed by lightning" would be poetic justice to this lunatic.

My first reaction was that this is a funny story. My second reaction is, "Who gets to decide what constitutes a frivolous lawsuit?" It''s not frivolous if you are the injured party. This smells way too strongly of tort reform, something the insurance companies want very badly. Apparently this is the week that the insurance lobby did payroll--see Hillary Clinton''s health care plan.

This guy IS an idiot. He''s fighting FOR the ability to file frivolous lawsuits.

Besides, this case will never get to trial, since God will never find a lawyer in Heaven...

This man is such a waste of a seat in our Unicameral. He regularly causes controversy and seems to revel in it. He really needs a boot out, because he sure doesn''t represent *me*. Please go away, Mr. Chambers. Really.

Chambers says the suit is to fight possible laws restricting the filing of frivolous lawsuits. Chambers tells KPTM FOX 42 News that his lawsuit is in response to bills brought forth by other state senators to try and stop lawsuits from being filed.

Someone please tell me this is wrong. Is this guy an idiot?
