I agree with you that klingon69 has a problem. Any parent that feels the need to have a "ceremony" for their kid, to introduce them to smoking pot, definitely has a problem.

Lemme guess. The mother got pregnant as a teenager. The father is probably in jail. Mom met current boyfriend/murderer when he was doing time or just released. God%u2019s cruel joke on humanity is that any two morons can get together to produce a child.

I just made a statement because like stated before a friend lost a child by hanging (he was only 7 !!!!!) and it was because of abuse and parents didn''t believe him...
The one that is guilty should be executed. We are way too soft on criminals these days saying the death penalty is cruel - doesn''t matter how they murdered their victim but to get rid of the slime it''s cruel.... I say 5 yrs on death row and then bye bye... too bad - have a nice death.

The Islamic fundamentalists (2 so far on this site) would like to blame our corrupt moral culture; the right blames the liberal leftists; the evangelicals are blaming gay people, anyone they consider immoral or that are not born-again; a few hold Bush/Cheney responsible; someone even suggested that the little girl had done it to herself (I know, hard to believe); and last but not least, people that don''t do drugs are blaming....you guessed it, whacked out addicts...is everyone through here? would anyone like to blame their 4th grade science teacher? People around the world, now, everybody...go look in a mirror. Feel better? Everyone is too busy slinging mud to focus on banding together and solving the world''s problems. Done.

There is usually a common thread between most of these sensational stories. The parents make a lifestyle choice which places the child in danger. For example, this girl%u2019s mother with the shady boyfriend. Madeleine McCann%u2019s parents whose social lives could not be interrupted by watching their kids. The Florida girl%u2019s father who had to go out on a Saturday night so he left her with his elderly parents. The girl from California or Arizona several years ago whose swinging parents were too busy partying like 20 year olds that they did not notice an intruder in their own house. The several children who die in hot cars each summer because their parents are so preoccupied with their own career ambitions or vices or whatever that they completely forget or ignore that they have kids. Look at your life. If you cannot make your kids the single most important part of your life, then don%u2019t have any.

I blame the mother as well for this. The child was being abused by this guy who she brought into the house as her boyfriend? She last saw the child sleeping on the couch at 1am? Why is the kid on the couch? Probably afraid to go into her room and felt safer there. They should hang this guy by his gonads with piano wire (for starters) but the mother is going to have to live with her guilt too.

Give the mothers boyfriend a speedy, fair trial, and when found guilty put this piece of human trash in the ground. Lets spend our money on something good instead of something evil. I agree with ciscocruiser, the breakdown of the family is mostly to blame. Along with the fact that most punishments don''t fit the crime...society MUST demand swift and certain justice.

Don''t blame the web. Men have alway got their paws on nude books. I was abused before computer. I tryed to tell the foster mother what was going on..her husband abusing me at the time..I WAS BLAMED BY HER. I felt her being **** at me. So I never brought it up. A blind girl ..I never ever lied but the very people supposed to care did not..An older man hit it right on..60s 70s they did not care..the money they got all that mattered. I wore clothes that covered my person.. I am older.
