- Men are at the complete mercy of a womens testimony. Society rules in favor of women when it comes to taking a womens word over a mans, the reason why does not matter! All men can do is be very careful and hope for the best when disputes break out or even if disputes don''t break out, men are at the mercy of the mood of the women. In addition if the women is attractive and the men helping her think they have a shot at a date or just a friendship that could possibly lead to a date, the accused man is "finished", especially if the caring rescuing male is trying to impress the female manipulator by playing Mr. Hero! Many women are warm, kind, harmless and nice, it''s never good to stereotype but an equal number of women are gold-digging, flirtatious, game-playing, entrapment setting, revenge-seeking, career destroying ladder climbers and I won''t even introduce the "race" factor into all of this because that takes the aforementioned to another level altogether, because in cases involving "race" the women is now playing 2 cards, women versus man and cultured women versus man, the one two punch. In the work place with it''s own set of rules it''s even worst, more manipulated and magnified. Men don''t have a chance, none.

- with all the knowledge we have to day on DNA no women who was rape should clean up after her self untill sample were taken from her body that include hair etc this way they have the evidence to convict the right person I am a man so I would have no idea what it like to be raped but I can only imagine the horror that might travel through the women mind like will he kill me when he is finished with me so when a wome makes a false claim she should be prosecuted and sent to jail if found guilty and statues of limitation should not be placed on her lies if some one go to jail for it

- I am so tired of women using the "rape" excuse to cover up something that happened. It makes it that much harder for someone to believe a woman, when it really does happen. It is a horrible, horrible experience that leaves you scarred for life and anyone who lies about it should be put through it to see how damaging it really is.

They don''t have the integrity to step up and say they got played by one of their own, so they slink away until another cause for tooting their own horns comes up again. - These kind of stories make me ill because it makes it hard on all the women who get raped. I was raped when I was very young by my brother-in-law and I knew that if I talked they would call me a lier so I never came forward and that went on for nine (9) years. So one day to more specific a Christmas Day I just decided to tell my family and you know what their reaction was? One of sisters told me I was lier and the other one the one her husband did it to me told me that I made a mess of her life.
I lost my first husband because of that I nearly lost my second husband but thank God I got help and I did not lose him. But my brother-in-law is running free as a bird as a priest.
This woman is sick she knew from the start he was not guilty of this but she wanted someone in jail so she picked him. She not only needs to go to jail she needs to get some serious help. How could she do that to someone without even thinking about it. That is really sick, I feel so very badly for him because he will never get rid of that title off of his head he just will not.

- the statute of limitations should not exist on any crime that can put someone away for any length of time!! Think of the people in prison that are there because DNA hasn''t been found to free them. These kind of people who perjure themselves and send someone to prison should do the same time the innocent people ended up with as a result. But remember, our laws have a focus...to isolate and retain whatever segment of the population they want to be rid of at the time. Justice has nothing to do with it.

- Perjury that results in the imprisonment of the accused should not be subject to a statute of limitations. The minimum sentence imposed should be the amount of time the falsely accused spent in prison plus one day.
