What is this nonsense, here we go again, a white woman falsely accuses a Hispanic man of rape, this sounds like "white wash" when white women wantonly falsely accused black men of rape to cover up their infidelities, of which innocent black men found themselves hanging from a tree branch.

The only remedy for Villasana is for him to sue the State for all he possibly can. This will not really compensate him but it is a start. The police and prosecutors involved must be held fully accountable.
