NO. Now this is a case of little free-grabbers, thinking they can fondle women at will. Then one day, when they are out of their pimples, they meet a woman who stomps them into the pavement. Then they run home crying, but momma the enabler is no longer there. They live the remainder of their lives virgins, or paying for prostitutes, or as rapists. Sick little boys, enable by a sexist judiciary.

I agree, what a pathetic society we live. These little crumb crunchers should have spent a week in detention and caught all kinds of heck from the parents.

Instead, we know rely on the do gooder counselors, petrified school administrators, and overzealous prosecutors to teach kids a lesson.

If one rational person would have stood up and said ENOUGH! THIS IS CRAZY very early in the process, it could have been avoided. But everybody is so worried about being labeled sexist, bigoted, and racist homophobes, that we all just go along to get along. Come on teachers, get a spine.

Usual crude behaviour of boys of their age (same as when I was that age a long long long long time ago), but the reaction was over the top. At mosta hardcore talk from dad and a few days kept after school. Not that big of deal.

Right on! If I had done something like this when I was a kid, and my father had found out, I would have been re-educated in how to treat women by a little visit behind the woodshed. Today courts and psychologists deal with situations that have bloody obvious and simple solutions - gawd we''ve become a pathetic society!

Of course this is not acceptable behavior and that fact should be imposed on the boys. This sounds like a lot of bravado and probably should never have gotten to the stage it got to in terms of the legal system. The two boys should have their ears boxed by their parents and warned that it is very disrespectful to touch another person. I did something like this when i was young and I remember it to this day. As soon as i did it my instinct told me I was wrong although in those days there was no such thing as PC either in thought or deed and sometimes we just learned by our mistakes.
