Iceman_1960: That was the first thing I thought seeing the photo. Thought it was Chris Rock. I think he should be banashed from playing in any sports and football, If convicted. But I will say he is innocent until they prove otherwise. Its just a shame people have lost all feelings for animals and each other in this new century.

Black or White, Yellow or Green, you can get away with murder or dogfighting if you have the money to buy the best lawyers (liars). So don't assume this guy is innocent until proven guilty, or innocent if found not guilty. The legal system just doesn't differentiate between the guilty and the innocent. It differentiates between the Rich and the rest of us. lol.

first of all let me say i do not condone dog fighting, but dont you think this is a little extreme. i believe they are only trying to make an example of this man. honestly, is he the only person that has dog fights? ABSOLUTELY NOT. but because he's a famous BLACK football player they're acting like this man has has killed a whole school full of kids. you have perverted child molesters that get less media attention than this. catholic priests who molest hundreds of children dont have to go through this ***. our justice system is such a joke.

The question I have is did Al Sharpthong treat the college players with the same kid gloves as he is treating vick?

Of course not. He's a militant racist that thinks all white people should be in jail - whether they did anything or not. But the "poor oppressed African-Americans" like Vick should be released and acquitted before the trial even starts.

They should take these as*sho*les and put them in a pit two at a time with baseball bats. The "winner" gets to live the rest of his life in prison. The losers should suffer the same fate as the losing dogs. Let's see how these dog fighting scumbags like this garbage then.

Yes, dog fighting is stupid and immoral, not to mention illegal. But the fact that people are more outraged over this than when humans are killed is astonishing.

The saddest thing about this whole affair is that people are more offended by this than they were by the Ray Lewis double-homicide or that wrestler that killed his family and committed suicide. How did animals become more prescious than humans?

This is consistent with a culture that promotes the killing of unborn chilren for the sake of convenience.

. .. We hope that Mr. Vick is not a product of
this insensitivity that runs through our society.

He is being REALLY diplomatic in this "group" letter.
I don't remember him being this nice with the college players.
Seeems I remember him attacking the players rather than just being against the behavior.
In this letter he is portraying vick as a victim of insensitivity.

Very clever of Michael Vick, by the way, to get Chris Rock to stand in for him in that story photo.

"Bad Newz Kennels"

That sounds like just to place to purchase a fashionable toy poodle or miniature schnauzer.

If the NFL would just start paying its players a living wage, they wouldn't have to resort to illegal gambling to make ends meet.

Sorry, rushlimpdrug, Vick is not an innocent animal. He's a thug, a loser, and not a very good example of a man, or a human being for that fact --- especially to the children of the world.

I don't care if Vick is purple and has 3 heads....and if you think I do, well then YOU'RE THE RACIST.

The law states: "Innocent until proven guilty UNLESS and UNTIL the state produces evidence to pierce the presumption of innocence". Gee, the state produced 18 pages of evidence. So guess what? That means Ookie is no longer presumed innocent. Get it ? Bye bye scumbag Vick.
