Papers Report Mother, Two Daughters Raped Before Their Deaths
- Next time, parole board - parole denied...and start making real sentences for criminals - either execute them if they commit any crime like this, or anything violent an automatic 25-life sentence, no parole, no nothing.
Next time, police - shoot to kill. Don't spare roaches. You're paid by us to protect us - not the criminal. - Reply to this comment
- No trial, no nothing.
And family members, just yelling "scumbag" is indicative of how used to this we Americans have become - Anger should be out, open, and these roaches should be taken forcefully from the police, tied to a post, beaten to an inch of their lives, and then set on fire.
When we finally have a sense of outrage over personal loss - criminal behavior will die down because they will die - period...without lawyers, plea bargains, 10 year, 5 year cr&p.
The prosecutor is right - and so is the public - this Hayes and his boyfriend Josh should be "fried" tomorrow - no later, no August, not two years from now. But now. - Reply to this comment

- Now, if this has not awakened the people of Connecticutt to the utter worthlessness of their laws and criminal justice system and the need for rapid, intelligent reform, nothing ever will.
The cowardly middle class will just retreat to gated communities, pay through the nose for more security and it will be business as usual for the criminals and their accomplices on the bench, in the legislature and the law offices.
If you look at the education system you will see a parallel...more and more money is spent while the improvements are negligible. The smiley-faced sociologists--more of Komisarjevsky and Hayes' accomplices have preached 'catch and release' with lots of hugs and office visits with bureaucrats--the Petit's paid for all of this jibber-jabber and trendiness with all that they had... - Reply to this comment
- You know why there are so many divorces in the USA? Women are marriage-mad. There are about 25 magazines devoted to weddings. So many nutty women reading them. They turn their wedding into a major Hollywood production. "Mine has to be special. Money is no object!" You know what causes a lot of unemployment & incarceration?
Babies having babies. Too many people. Baby mamas. Monkeys could do a better job raising kids than a lot of women do. What do a lot of these babies grow up to be? CRIMINALS. How many criminals say their mother (or father) really loved them & cared about them? - Reply to this comment

Fine. Celebrity sells in America cuz its 'lowest common denominator' b*llsh*t. It sells the same way internet porn sells... or McDonalds sells. 'Fergiliscious' is like a Big Mac, just as tasty, and just as fattening...
The victims in this case were targetted for being 'upper class'. Thats at least partially because we no longer live in a 'class-less' society. We never did, but we came ALOT closer to one in the 1950s through 1970s then we do now. You can thank Reaganomics for the difference. Furthermore, alot of our 'western' neighbors STILL live in relatively 'class-less' societies, so their incarceration rates are ALOT lower than ours.
Another related statistic: if you go to Europe you'll find that the more religious the country, the lower its divorce rate. You come to America, suddenly you find a country that is more religious than ANY European country, but our divorce rate OUTPACES THEM ALL.
Likewise our incarceration rate. America is a 'dog eat dog' culture that uses unemployment and incarceration as whips to keep ordinary people in their place. Eventually, this hardship breaks out in divorce or lawbreaking. I'm always amazed when people who espouse a 'dog eat dog' culture are surprised when the dogs show up at their house at 3am, ready to feast... - Reply to this comment

I hardly think the "Petits" of Connecticut are "rich". Upper middle class and "rich" are two different things and without a diverse economy we be either revert back to a futile culture or a criminal culture where the behavior of two savages that committed these violent acts would be the norm. They are also obviously civic minded and truly intelligent, caring citizens.
And, if you truly disdain the "rich" in the US in particular, you should first look to dismantling the Entertainment Industry. Now there's truly a niche of a "rich" machinery that is grossly excessive and stupid. Selling entertainers as personalities and not just talent and then creating obsession for money. Talk about creating a delusional culture. You want to hit the rich in the US, hit the entertainment industry. - Reply to this comment

- They deserve death but not the death penalty. You can plan for the Death penalty. You can say, "OK, August 25th I'm gonna die". They deserve to die in general population and die violently. At some time unknown to them, some one or some group should hold them down, violate them and then kill them. That way, they can feel what that family went through.

- RE: CIGI_FUBAR -- on a follow up, we all know that the police cant be around to stop all crime. In most cases, that's what they do....respond after the crime has been committed. But, they definitely DO have an oath to serve and protect the populus of this country.

- Re: CIGI_FUBAR -- Now where would you get that notion from? The Police have NO AFFIRMATIVE Obligation to serve and protect? Oh? THat's news to me.
So, by what your saying, your saying that the only reason the police are around for is to clean up the mess after the crime has been committed?
Scenario: -- I'm a cop and I'm riding around with my partner. We witness a crime going down. But wait, I lean over to him and say, "Hey, we have no obligation to serve and protect...let the crime go down and we'll investigate after it happens"...
Do you realize how stupid that sounds? The police have, shall we say, an obligation to "SERVE AND PROTECT". Much the the hippocratic oath of medical professionals and the the oath of a military person has to defend the country against enemy's foreign and domestic.
I think your way off base here dude. - Reply to this comment
- These guys are nothing a that a couple 45 slugs wouldn't fix. Hnag them high. They have no values for others, so why should anyone value them. I iwll be praying for their quick arrival to mee their maker.

As a retired vet, we fight for this country and a way of life, but not for scum like this. these are the ones ususally on the other end of my gun barrel. I only wish they had been before they decided to perpetrate their crime. - Reply to this comment

- The only thing that will keep this from going into mistrial is their rap sheets, but a really sleezie lawyer (no shortage) will find a way. These two are just adding to the reasons we should be thinning the herd immediately rather than housing them for years in prisons. These two have zero chance of rehabilitation and zero reasons why any one should even consider keeping them alive for even another month.
