That's right. There is no evidence that the man they chose AT RANDOM was anything other then an innocent victim. They couldn't find who they were looking for so they just grabbed the first man they saw and killed him instead. No matter how you feel about this war that is still 100% inexcusable undeniable and unforgivable first degree murder. They should hang. - Reply to this comment
- went in the Marines at a good time. I'm happy I didn't serve with people like FeelFree1, red164, wise80, DylanXXV and toldyouso21. The biggest difference is Posted by tbweb at 10:26 PM : Jul 15, 2007
You'd be a hero if you served now. You would have been eliminated by 'friendly fire' --but you'd still be a hero and they'd tell your family so. Not because you did anything brave or were a good person, or because we were really fighting for democracy, freedom or oil....you'd be called a hero so your family would not look like sore losers and complain about your death. You'd be shot accidently on purpose, because the rest of your unit would determined you were too brainwashed, depraved and stupid to live.
you'd be plotting to just kill a bunch of people and they'd tillman your fake, patriotic but not too bright azz. lmao - Reply to this comment

- Hey Peace-Nik..........was it uniformed soldiers or "terrorists in civilian clothes" that flew the planes into the World Trade Centers KILLIING OVER 3000 INNOCENT "CIVILIAN" AMERICANS ????? If I was one of those Marines accused of killing a "known" terrorist and planting a rifle next to his dead cold body, I could and would sleep very, very, good at night, knowning that he will never again kill another American serviceman or or cut off the head of a innocent civilian !!!
God, you whiny ACLU cowards make me sick..... - Reply to this comment
- Excellent point, 'RandalDS'.

far too many people in the military try to use the "just following order" or "fog of war" defenses to try to excuse out and out barbarism, rape and murder and they make all of us vets look bad by it. They are not my brothers. What these Marines did was and is inexcusable. It's murder and the one who pulled the trigger should hang. - Reply to this comment

- No wonder Iraqis see Americans as their enemy.
I wonder how Americans would feel if the situation was reversed, and if Iraq had invaded the United States and begin treating Americans as badly. - Reply to this comment
- DylanXXV,
The poster 'tbweb' is now suddenly claiming to be a 'Marine' veteran, and attempting to use this claim as cover to bolster his 'apologist for war crimes and atrocities' efforts.
If 'tbweb' ever served a day of military service, it is a safe bet that his/her service was in the Israeli Defense Forces, and his/her only likely specialty was hiding behind 'human shields', as is so very common in the IDF. - Reply to this comment
- I don't think none of you could serve in the military and definitely not my old unit, your own men would shoot you! In combat if you disobey an order, the rules change dramatically, for example in a fighting situation if you walk away from the fight your men can legally shoot and kill you for deserting and from reading a lot of these p u s s y Post, the lot of you would be dead from American bullets! I'm just happy none of you losers served with me, none of you would make it in war with your sissy b u l l s h i t.

There is a huge difference between cowardice under fire and cold blooded murder. This was a murder and as such was illegal, even if their CO was standing right there ordering them to do it. Troops are NOT trained to blindly follow orders and you dam*n well know it or you're lying about serving. - Reply to this comment
- The U.S. Military is a dictatorship! When a soldier receives an order he/she must obey that order or he/she gets a Court Martial and some form of punishment, usually jail or worst, its as simple as that.
