It's interesting that the NAACP is meeting in Detroit but I haven%u2019t heard any comments from them about their host city.

Let's see, Detroit is number one in the nation as the:
Most dangerous city concerning violent crime.
Poorest city.
City with the lowest graduation rate at 25%.
Most segregated metro area with blacks at close. to 90% of Detroit residence and non-blacks at 95% in the surrounding suburbs.

I live within 10 miles of the Detroit city limit and I visit the city about once every 5 years.

BELIEVE the NAACP is clueless on what to do with itself. This political organization which is tied to the Democrat Party really doesn't have any creditability left. Last year the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of COLORED PEOPLE) didn't even endorse and campaign for Africian American Michael Steele, running for Senate in Maryland. Why? Because he had a "R" after his name which stands for Republican. The Party of Abe Lincoln that freed the slaves back in the 1860's.
The "N" word today means "Nothing Left" and the NAACP should close it's doors for ever or get back to its mission, the "advancement of colored people" instead of the "advancement of Democrats" regardless of whether the person has a "D" or an "R" after their name. That's what Martin Luther King Jr. wanted now make it so.

Wanna bury the N-word, eh? Well, how about burying any inflammatory word. I'll say what ever word I want to say. The N-word is forever here. I wouldn't advocate taking anyone's right to free speech away. Even if it offends me-can't you just grow the HE11 up? Who cares what people say?-except LIBERALS.

What's with LIBERALS who want to control everyone?

Curbs on freedom of speech are illegal and unconstitutional, fines and government sanctions cannot be put in place, rather let the public take action as they see fit for those who continue to employ racial epithets, because there are circumstances where the word is not so, the title of a Richard Wright book, for example, or the Sly and the Family Stone song, that used them as a protest against the underlying hatred.

If a person refuses to use the N word, but still practices the discrimination, can we not say the "enemy" is camouflaged to appear to be something he is not?

As can be seen in some of these posts, there are still the un-evolved Neanderthals whose xenophobic fears lead them to posit negative aspersions about people they have never met.

Should some of this pond scum, by dint of nepotism and/or corruption ever achieve a position of power, we need to know who they are and what they "stand for", so let them spew their ignorance for all to see, then we know who and where the enemy is, and what to do about it...

You know that the only people I ever hear using the "N" word is black people using it on each other. I can't believe that they can't see that they are the only ones that keep this B*S* alive.

Fine the fabulous rappers for using the word. Fine them expensively, and extensively. They will soon get the message with a bundle out of their pocket-book rolls.
