Your name suits you very well.
Thank you for your input which meant nothing. - Reply to this comment
- Hey, cantshutup, the Christians on this site are just as entitled to say the things they want as you are. The free speech thing doesn't just apply to people like you that seem to hate everything and everybody. This isn't about you or anyone else anyway. It's about these five precious girls and their families and friends. This is so horrible it defies reason and all some people want to do is rant on about what they do or don't believe. Well, I don't care what anyone else believes, I'm sorry for these kids and I'm heart sick for their families. It's what they believe that counts in this and I hope that their loved ones will be able to heal from this terrible, terrible loss.

- Little you knew that morning God was going to call thier names. In life you loved them dearly, in death you do the same. It broke your hearts to lose them, they did not go alone. For part of you went with them the day God called them home. They left you beautiful memories, their love is still your guide, and though you cannot see them, they are always by your side. Your family chains are broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls you one by one those chains will link again.
This was given to me upon losing my son and yes in the beginning they were just words, but not anymore for when God calls my family home that chin WILL link again. - Reply to this comment
- This was a terrible loss for the people that were close to these 5 young women. The parents of the girls didn't know what was coming. They expected these girls home, but instead they got a terrible phonecall from police saying their daughters were killed in a car crash. That has to be the worst thing that a parent could ever experience. I could only imagine how bad the family and friends of these girls must feel. I hope God helps them through this tough ordeal and may they be blessed the rest of their lives.

You're right. Parenting has nothing to do with choices children make. People have their own minds and free-will; at a very early age you can see that. That's how we were created. Things happen. We're human and our bodies are frail when you think about all the things that can happen. We have to enjoy the time we have now. Even when we're angry, we need to not allow ourselves to step over a line that we could regret if we were to loose our loved ones. If you don't already have a good relationship with your children or have not told them lately that you love them, do that today. We are not promised another day. We are promised another life though. Let go of regrets; let love consume you. Seek God and you will find love. You will find answers to many questions. Accept the gift that Jesus will give you. Even if you doubt this is true, just ask for the truth to be revealed so you can make a more sound decision. Life is too short people. Why are we wasting it on things that will pass away?
Dear God, comfort the hearts and minds of these families who will no longer have the priveledge to love on their daughters and let this loss be a revelation to the lives of those it touches. We know that you can take what is bad to bring about something good. Amen. - Reply to this comment
- This is a horrific tragedy for all involved, for five young women's lives to be cut short like this is just unbelievable. May God give all of the familys the strength they will need to cope with this tragedy and comfort them all in their many hours of need and there will be many. Parents should not have to bury their children, but lately it happens everyday and it just is very upsetting. God obviously had different plans for them all, and now they are all Angels in heaven. May they all rest peacefully.

I agree with you that every knee will bow and tonge confess. And to you who in an earlier posting who said their parents tried to brainwash and indoctrinate them with religion, that is your choice. I felt the same way. I couldn't wait to get out from under them so I didn't have to go to church anymore. I didn't like someone telling me I would go to Hell. What kind of God is this? I hope for your sake that what you believe is true, otherwise, you are going to Hell. On the other hand, I will have nothing to loose. I will already be dead and it wouldn't matter. But, what if?.....and whether you can see it or not, you're already indoctrinated in something far worse than what you call a fairytale; and that is a lie that if you're wrong, you will pay for with the rest of your eternal soul. If you have any questions at all about what kind of God, be smart enough to look into it. "A fool says in his heart there is no God". What have you got to loose? What are you afraid of? What you'll find out is that your stubbornness will cost you. But your knee will bow and it will not be by force. It will be your own admission as your mouth confesses and the knowledge of what your eyes will see before you that will break you at that moment....but it will be too late. So what if? Please do everything you can to find out. Even if you set out only to disprove it, do something! - Reply to this comment
- There are many people who are affected by this tragic accident. These five young women have families and friends that are grieving for them right now, please respect these people and show some compassion. Everyone has lost someone close in their lives, just remember how that felt.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of these young women as well as the truck driver. There is no need to place blame on anyone or anything in this situation, just show some respect and compassion as a member of the human race. It's always a tragedy no matter what the cause... - Reply to this comment
- When you think of any one of these girls, picture the face of one of your young people in place of theirs. It will bring insight into what it feels like to be one of the loved ones grieving. Nothing else really matters now does it?

- To everyone giving comments, please remember this in years to come, that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that JESUS CHRIST is

- First of All.... SuperChEEze... Great name by the way.... You sound like an UNeducated individual, that has had some bad experiences with a small church on the TX/Mexican Border.... For you to ATTEMPT to degrade Christians, or Stereotype them, shows your Intelligence Level and your willingness to fall into the "Devils" hands like ALOT of other so called individuals that have had ONE bad experience in a church somewhere in the middle of nowhere! Too bad for you.... Because are you aware that CHEE"Z"E MELTS in HELL! Now, to address the young ladies that perished in the accident... I agree that GOD, yes JESUS, Needed them more in Heaven than here for whatever reason.... Its not for Us to figure out... Its just what he needed.. And SuPeRcHeEzE Before you open your trap about Christians and OUR beliefs, DO SOME RESEARCH.... NOT ALL CHRISTIANS ARE EXTREMISTS! We live our lives just like you.... but choose NOT to EXPEL our God and welcome him into every facet of our lives.... because it brings Peace to us and reaffirms our Path to HEAVEN..... NOT HELL! Have a Great COOL Day !! (while they last!)

- wow, this really turned into a faith bashing comment zone didn't it? Don't forget some kids who just accomplished graduating high school died!
Don't be inconsiderate jerks about this situation! No matter what your religion, all you should do is recognize that these kids are gone now and it seems alot of people are suffering a loss. Stop being @ss holes about it! - Reply to this comment
- Jesus IS Lord, and He was not an obnoxious Jew. He was a righteous one. I am a proud Christian who follows Christ, NOT a religion. You all need to stop making this tragic accident into something more than what it is. Before you start attacking people's belief systems, make sure you're not attacking the belief systems of the parents. What if they believe in God? You've just made their incredible pain even worse. Did any of you stop to think of that before you shot off your mouth? Their faith may be just what is sustaining them right now.

- OMG,
What the hell?! These young ladies are dead because of an accident.Plan and simple an accident. Just happened to be in an suv. I am sure that had they been in a geo metro it would have happened. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. Don't know who called them, or if being in a different car would have mad a difference. Someone's daughters are dead, they will never see them again. So sad, and my condolences to the family of those babies. - Reply to this comment
- And to the non-christian person that said, "because "God called them home?" That would be a pretty selfish God, wouldn't it? "
You dont know anything about faith and religion so dont talk like you have something to say about God, his teachings or his ways.

I wasn't going to post anything until this ignorant comment caught my attention...FIRST OF ALL,free speech sister...Do you think only "christians" are entitled to speak about faith or religion??? Have you ever wondered why some people are religious and others are not? In my own case, I have been aware of the hypocracy and sham that religion is since childhood, despite my parents best intentions to brainwash and indoctrinate me...My thoughts...If you believe that "god" called these people home, then you keep believing it. But to say someone can't think that's the dumbest thing they've ever heard, just shows YOUR arrogance and hypocracy. Thank you for once again showing me that christians are needy, judgemental, unrealistic and focused on their own cult of death.
A terrible accident we all agree...act of god? Fairy tales...Superman saving the world? fantasy..."god" calling innocents home? RIDICULOUS - Reply to this comment
- Slow down. Drive safely. Its not worth our lives. My sympathies to the families on their losses.

- Car, SUV, doesn't matter. Inexperienced driving, big vehicle and bad timing sums up this tragedy.

- [If SUV's were illegal, these girls would not have died in one, right? Isn't this "common sense" these days? ]

interesting angle ... but you'd have to think about banning passing zones ... or how about highways in general ... of course ... cars are dangerous as well ... forget about motorcycles. bicylces, skateboards and roller blades are out as well, no?
or maybe that's your point ... seems like it may not have hit home w/ the other posters here.
here's another angle ... along the lines of what your point appears to have been, but going the other way ... think of a hypothetical case where this suv they were driving had an intelligent 'safety control system' in it that would prevent the driver from placing the vehicle in a dangerous or unsafe situation ... like for example ... placing the vehicle head on w/ another vehicle moving at a high speed.
wouldn't that be a good thing?
think they could do that w/ a gun? - Reply to this comment
- Let the investigators figure out what happened. Those of you positing your own opinions, sit down and shut up. I don't care whose fault it was, or why it happened at this juncture, five sets of parents have lost their children. As a daddy I cannot imagine the pain they are in, and you ignoramouses who keep shooting your mouths off need to understand that!
Let these people grieve in peace. - Reply to this comment
