This is ridiculous. Obviously the taxpayer's shouldn't pay for the surgery. If he had appendicitis or some NECESSARRY health need, then yes it is the responsibility of the government. I agree, this should have been thrown out at first glance.

ARE U FU(KING KIDDING ME???? I dont care about much of this *** but this has infuriated me! What's he going to ask for next? A facelift? Yea gender identity disorder is a sickness, but he isnt going to die if he doesnt have the surgery, as opposed to hypertension! What about the rapists that have been convicted and have asked for castration? They havent gotten what they want... This piece of mudering pondscum has some balls to even ask for this publicly (no pun intended). Let me have a minute with him...he wont need the surgery after I kick him in the nuts!

Un-f**king-believable!! THIS is what's wrong with this country. It is so outreagous that this even got this far as to waste taxpayer $'s on a trial for this human garbage. And what a laugh, his defense is that foregoing the operation would be the same as not giving medical treatment to someone with high blood pressure. How the H-E-L-L did this even make it to court. He should have been given the needle a long time ago. The state has already spent 10's of thousands of dollars on this lawsuit and the cost will go up astronomically, not including the amount of money it cost just to keep him in jail.
Just get rid of the murdering scum and spend the money on something good.
