My prayers go out to the extended families and friends of the victims.

We're seeing too much of these types of awful things on the news nowadays.

This is so sad to read.

Just goes to show as an example that money, fame, and fortune do not equal happiness in this world.

I am deeply sadden by the lives lost in this incident. Yes, steroid use may be at the forefront of this story, but why was there so little mentioned about the Domestic Violence? This is another sad story of a woman and a child killed by their abuser. Why was that not addressed? There was only one small note about the Restraining Order. I am currently a victim of D.V. with three children(all girls)and a history of THREE Restraining Order's, trying to flee the state of our abuser and being DENIED by the state of OR.,Judge Tennyson and all at the behest of our abuser!!Why do the victims of D.V.(women and children)warrant so little attention by the media, our congress and legislator's?And the list goes on! It saddens me that more could have been done to save ALL involved, but more so that you in the media gave so little focus to the ever present abundance of Domestic Violence in our Country and World. Instead of calling it "Fake" how about "Scripted Entertainment" as thats exactly what Pro Wrestling is. When my husband and myself were manufacturing weight equipment in the late 80's Paul {Hulk} Hogan came out by during the opening of a new gym and I got to ask him a few questions. I asked if the matches were scripted and he said yes as its all scripted from whose gonna play the bad guy to who does what. Tho not a wrestling fan I did find Mr. Hogan one of the sweetest celebrities I've ever met and very down to earth.

As to Chris Benoit.. having seen muscle heads during a rage twice in my lifetime and both times at our place of business there is nothing you can do unless they want help and Benoit could have just had an anger problem that when when mixed with the drugs made him all the worse.

Lets hope this is a wake up call for the sports & Entertainment industry to do more then just turn their heads as to this type of behavior be it a Pro Wrester or the Acting community.
