Judge Rules In Favor Of Company That Was Sued Over A Missing Pair Of Pants
- weareone2, mormons teach that blacks are decended from Cain, with the 'mark' that was put on him, and his decendance, being black skin.
Yeah, creeps me out, too.

Don't know about the Mormon religions belief on that, but have heard from many old-time Baptists that the mark of Cain was black skin, and also Joseph of Aremethia(sp) was black. - Reply to this comment
- Where is the outrage over the Judge who ALLOWED this case to proceed? Why isn't he being accused of being 'all that's wrong' with the just - us system? Give me a break. The US 'justice' system is a damned JOKE.

Exactly !!!!!!
Judge Pearson needs to be impeached and removed from office for what can be seen as nothing less than malfeasance and abuse of the legal system. He is a complete disgrace to the bench.

- Judge Pearson clearly attempted to subvert the course of justice in filing a civil claim against a couple that he had to have known was going to be severely financially challenged to simply defend themselves.
Judge Pearson has demonstrated a complete and total disrespect for the letter and the spirit of the consumer protection law, and was simply trying to score a Lotto win on the backs of a hard working, immigrant family that did not have the resources to fight back. Never the less they did, and they won.

- Some of you people have made CBS into a race relations website. You will make every same *** article race related. Tell me what the heck does this have to do with black people, George Bush, and North Korea??????? This is about some idiot who tried to sue a trie cleaners for $54 Million for a pants!!!! That is outragous. So because the dry cleaner owners are Asian this should be turned into a racial discussion. GROW UP !!!!

- You can always tell who are the poor people typing messages. They are the first ones to find statistics
and give every other race advice. They resort to name calling and blame all of America's ills on another race, while never stating what they bring to the table to make America a better place. Why is everyone so concerned about what another race is doing? These message boards make people feel so important! They can call nasty names and hold and entire race accountable for the action of one person!
I am still confused at why anyone would be upset when people start the name calling and find statistics that never really reflect anything accurate? It is like every news story, The quote these stupid statistics, "he is the first this or that since 1910 to accomplish this" or like " this guy is batting 870 in his last 25 at bat?
America has and will always be racist, it is it human nature. America was built on racism, fact! Whether it is a division due to race, gender, religion, class, etc, America will never escape it and ultimately it will be destroyed by it! - Reply to this comment
- When Soo Chung, Jin Nam Chung and Ki Y. Chung take Roy L. Pearson's to court to recover their legal costs they will really clean his pants. And good for them.

- If we went to a loser pays system, these screwed up lawsuits would never go to court. Also, John Edwards would still be living in his boyhood "shack" in the upstate of SC.
