As many African American males falsely accused of raping white women, I've never heard of any case involving disbarment for prosecutorial misconduct in the history of United States.

This incident is nothing more than a "witch-hunt" brought on by racists outraged that a black woman dare pointed the finger at a white man, false or otherwise.

Research the annals of jurisprudence for all the cases involving black males being falsely accused of raping a white woman, and there are numerous, not once was a prosecutor brought up on charges of misconduct.


So, you racists have something to really celebrate , and a warning to all blacks making claims of rape or other injustices, prosecutors are now going to be extremely cautious upon deciding to prosecute a case.

Which most likely, they will seek not to prosecute a case involving the accusations made against a white defendant by a black, Hispanic, etc.

Now the boys and their families can sue him to get a return on the million dollars they spent on their defense

Also Nifong was appointed to the post of District Attorney, after he promised Guv. Easley
that he wouldn't seek election to that post,(Easley wanted a truely eclected officail to that post), but ran anyways, so that makes him a liar too. The other (D.A.) moved on to be a judge. Nice,.
