- Resign?? He should be in jail. I have had a belly full of these prosecutors that are only interested in getting a conviction and their name in the paper. How slimy is it to withhold evidence to try and convict someone. What happened to justice. Don't prosecutors want the truly guilty convicted, or doen't it matter as long as they get a conviction.
