Seems to me these people spent 1 too many winters in N.H. They could run to Canada where the taxes are much higher than here. Screw em and send them to prison where they get screwed again.....Maybe the lesson will stick then and they will pay their fair share....

The IRS, the "income tax," and the Federal Reserve System from which all this confiscatory miasma has arisen are all totally illegal. We live in a lawless police state dictated by sound and reasonable laws, but rather by completely arbitrary, nonsensical, and finally totally unworkable edicts and financial schemes overseen by Jewish interests both here and in Europe. To understand the full problem see the DVD by Aaron Russo entitled AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM. When you have viewed this DVD you will know what Elaine and Ed Brown are up against. They found out the truth! Now it's your turn!

Blackbane and other toadies of Caesar:

The 16th Amendment was never ratified in fact. Please take the time to read Bill Benson's book, The Law That Never Was. The amendment did not pass. Several states altered the wording of the amendment and several states that rejected the Marxist proposal(NEVER FORGET THAT A PROGRESSIVE INCOME TAX IS ONE OF THE TEN PLANKS OF THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO)were certified by the then Secretary of State as having passed it.

In the 1980s, several PATRIOTS pointed to Benson's book as support for their defense that the 16th amendment was not properly ratified in their criminal prosecutions. The federal courts ruled that the issue of whether the 16th amendment was properly ratified was a "politiacal question" and that the defendants could not use their defense. One should note that the court did not disprove the factual assertions of Benson-as it could not have done so.

Even if the 16th amendment was properly ratified, which it was not, Blacbane and others do not tell the whole story as the definition of income. at the time of the "passage" of the 16th amendment, did not embrace wages. END OF STORY.

Hey Blackbane:

Where in the constitution is there support for the proposition that Congress can create an Internal revenue service? There is no textual support for that proposition. None.

Note that Artice I, Section 8, Clause 1 DOES NOT state that Congress create an internal revenue service; this provision does not state that Congress can pass laws that criminalizing the failure to pay any tax, let alone an incomne tax.

Of course, there will be screams emanating from the envious, enslaved crowd that the power to criminalize the failure to pay taxes is IMPLIED in the constitution. What intellectual clap trap. If the framers had wanted to give Congress the power to criminalize the failure or refusal to pay taxes, they would have provided for this. They didn't. Keep in mind that the constitution was created in order to chain government.

Thus, the question begs, show me a law.....?

Show us the LAW: ok (shorter)...

Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3: Congress can lay direct Taxes

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1:Congress shall collect Taxes"

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4 of the United States Constitution: Congress can lay direct Taxes

16th Amendment: Congress shall lay taxes on incomes"

That makes 4 places in the Constitution giving Congress the power to collect any taxes; including income taxes.

Show us the LAW: ok...

Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution: "direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States"

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution: "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes"

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4 of the United States Constitution: "No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census of Enumeration herein before directed to be taken"

16th Amendment of the United States Constitution:"Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes"

26 U.S.C. codifies the above as the Income Tax Law(s)

The Constitution repeats Congress's power to lay tax on people.

Show us the law... Pretty simple if you ask me! The fact that they are willing to kill two people over taxes, when all they have to do; to defuse this situation is to show "US THE LAW" speaks volumes wouldn't you say! Remember Ed & Elaine are ready and willing to pay any and all taxes, provided they are shown the law.

It's time for change! Ed and Elaine are opposing a tax system which is so distorted that it is incomprehensible. A 10% flat tax, across the board, on every man or woman who makes a wage, CEO's included, I would support.
Until that happens, I believe that the supporters should surround those surrounding the Browns. The first one to open fire loses. If I wasn't in the Pac NW and busting my butt to make a life for my family, and make the banksters richer, I would be there... With plenty of "Homeland Security Rifles"!

The IRS is the ONLY NON-LAW ENFORCEMENT agency that has it's own SWAT Teams, and other PARA-Military units for the purpose of seizing our property.....I'm waiting for someone to show us the LAW that requires us to pay taxes, and quite frankly I'm disappointed that the AMERICAN SHEEPLE have not marched on D.C. with torches and pitchforks....."We the people" need to take this country back, but the people have to grow a spine or some balls to do it and I'm ashamed to say that I don't think it will ever happen.....We will descend into anarchy, and our society will never survive.
