It is just another example of oue broken justice system. It reminds me of a case where a girl was in prison for years because her boyfriend had over a certain amount of drugs in her car which was unknown to her. I think that was in a southern state also. It's a good thing it wasn't a white girl. The redneck attorney general would probably want to lynch him.

My daughter is dating a young man who is 15 and attends her high school, she is 17 & will be 18 in September. I am not encouraging her to break up with the young man, I am advising her to exercise caution. The guy lives with his father and does not like his mother but that would still not stop her from reeking havoc on our family if she chose to do so. The father is fine with it as well. We do not live in Georgia but a northern state close to the Great Lake regions. This is soooooo stupid. With all the *** going down in this culture of ours, we find time to prosecute a child yet let a warmongering madman tear down the walls of our great nation and allow paragons of illegal activities continue to undermine our very economic foundations.

Huh?? The Romeo and Juliet exception for intercourse....but oral is punishable by ten years. I don't understand this. I was raised by strict Catholic parents. I was expected to remain a virgin until marriage and birth control was of course forbidden. Oral is what us strict little Catholics did. BTW...when I moved out of my parents house I also left the Catholic church. This guy needs to be let out of prision. How come the girl was not arrested also?? The state of Georgia owes him an apology and a college education.

If we incarcerated all who commit CRIMINAL ACTS(whether or not you or I agree that what he did was WRONG, it was at the time under Georgia LAW a CRIME) then maybe crime rates would drop. Ever considered that?

if we locked up every teenager who has had sexual relations our schools would be almost empty and our jails overfowing!!!!!!!
