SlipSter01 go read up on the case. The list was released prior to the judges gag order.

As of this character, perhaps Georgie boy is also on that list. The best for last.

And that absolves ABC of what? The judge said NOT to release, so why did ABC release his 'only' name?

Why doesn't ABC publish the entire list for all to see?

Let's find out everyone involved. Then the madam won't be able to use the list as blackmail, and nither will the media.

And there are numerous 'deputies' under the Secretary of State. To try to make it sound like he is the ONLY one, and the second in command under Secretary Rice, is a foolish attempt to mislead the American public.

For shame Sevenveils

By the way SlipSter01,
The records including his name were released prior to the judge's court order. Anyone following this story knows this.

Let us all get the story straight.
Randall Tobias title is officially Deputy Secretary of State. He reported directly to Condoleezza Rice.

Calling him the head of the Bush administration's foreign aid programs is a poor attempt to hide his true position in Bush's cabinet in a frivolous manner.

BOOOOOOOO CBS news staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, even though the judge in this case said NOT to release the names, ABD takes it upon itself to choose a top administration official on the list to interview.

Why not be fair and choose one from each party?

Oh, that's right, Demcrats can do no wrong (i.e. Clinton/Lewinsky).

Shame on you CBS, for not digging further. You took the scraps ABC fed you, and left it at that.

Imagine if you ever actually had relations with a woman. Now, that's really a good time.

All you so called conservatives have is ONE democratic *** scandal to fall back on...pathetic!

While the libs have FOLEY, TOBIAS, HASTERT, SWAGERT, BAKER,...

You GOPers really put the Dems to shame when it comes to having a GRAND OLD (***) PARTY!

Oh there are a few more we could drag up like Gary Hart, Henry Cisneros, Gary Condit and Jim McGreevy but we like Clinton the best. He is the only one to testify to a grand jury and commit purjury. If he could have kept his mouth shut and not gone on TV (CBS I believe) with his wife, who also lied for him, it wouldn't have been as bad. But he just added fuel to the fire for his critics. At least this guy got out while the getting was good. You Libs don't have a lock on the morals you know. It seems as if Republicans are on the loose but that is due to the MSM and their relentless attack on the morals of the GOP. There are bad folks on both sides, just remember that.
