- What I get from the article is, the DA didn't even have the balls to face the guys and apologize in person, he just handed a statement out.

So all races of people who have said something negative about a different race should just be arrested at birth by your standards. And as far as for Imus, what he said was wrong but if they is his opinion than he is entitled to it. Have you ever heard of freedom of speech? I can think of a number of other people who have said racist things on the radio/TV but b/c they aren't white it never even makes the news.

and I thought at first these boys WERE guilty - gut feeling - even as the dna testings were being done I thought they were guilty - THEN the facts came out and her story started changing -
they all made a stupid mistake and it cost them alot of embarrassment and alot of peoples time and money. No one is perfect no matter how much you think you might be and we all make mistakes but it's the REAL person in you that will stand up and say OOPS sorry - and she hasn't done that and the chickens (Sharpton and Jackson) all ran when the test results came out ....even before when her stories didn't match....

The last time I checked a man/woman was innocent until proven guilty. Sounds to me like you made up your mind the first you heard a black woman accussing a bunch of white men. These men have been proven innocent. Also, what mound of evidence are talking about that proves these boys are guilty? Like we're suppose to believe that you have secret access to the case files.
