Get a grip. Might I suggest that you step away from the computer, put some clothes on and get down to the methadone clinic before it closes. Maybe then you could look at issues without being quite so bigotted.

What I get from the article is, the DA didn't even have the balls to face the guys and apologize in person, he just handed a statement out.
Poetic justice would be for him to face criminal charges, go to jail and meet some of the other "guilty" people he helped send to jail. Don't drop the soap Nifong...

valendug - NOT all black women are ugly
there are some very gorgeous black people out there same with whites, red, yellow, pinks, greens and all the other colors... interracial marriages sort of makes us all mutts ....

so much hatred has been spoken here - seems there really still is a major separation of color in this nation - for shame - how are we all suppose to get along and keep this a strong respectable nation if we harbour so much hate towards each other....

So, Kailumego1? I guess if you call someone a name that they don't like then it's ok for us to arrest them and charge them with rape? So all races of people who have said something negative about a different race should just be arrested at birth by your standards. And as far as for Imus, what he said was wrong but if they is his opinion than he is entitled to it. Have you ever heard of freedom of speech? I can think of a number of other people who have said racist things on the radio/TV but b/c they aren't white it never even makes the news.

no one really knows anyones race on these postings unless they make it perfectly clear
and I thought at first these boys WERE guilty - gut feeling - even as the dna testings were being done I thought they were guilty - THEN the facts came out and her story started changing -
they all made a stupid mistake and it cost them alot of embarrassment and alot of peoples time and money. No one is perfect no matter how much you think you might be and we all make mistakes but it's the REAL person in you that will stand up and say OOPS sorry - and she hasn't done that and the chickens (Sharpton and Jackson) all ran when the test results came out ....even before when her stories didn't match....
and with my ancestry - I have no racism in me whatsoever - I'm sort of an alien - a bunch of mixed colors...

Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson owe absolutely nothing in the form of an apology to these sub-human scums.

Don Imus always apologizes so what, big deal, this isn't the first time he has gone out on the limb and said something debasing about someone[s.

He only apologized, because he had gone way too far, and because he was under "fire".

You people think it's O.K. to make insidious remarks about others. Here's one for you!!!

Parents hide your children, because lurking around every corner is a white pedophile waiting to pounce like a wild rabid dog.
What do all white schools and Iraq have in common? Crazy white folk%u2019s brandishing weapons shooting up the place.
What do serial killers and terrorist have in common? The majority is white, middle-class, and bored with nothing but time on their hands.
What%u2019s the difference between a plastic doll and a white woman? None, there is no difference they%u2019re both sporting artificial parts.
I f a black commentator blatantly referred white women as nasty-skinny-b@tches that pride themselves in openly engaging in lewd and lascivious behavior, as demonstrated with the former Miss America Tara Conner and Miss Teen U.S.A., of which their preserve scandalous actions had adversely led to the moral breakdown in American society. It has been a known fact throughout history the promiscuousness of white women had contributed to the false imprisonment and lynching of black males.

Number 1, you don't know my race, but I surely know yours.
2. I repeat they are racist scum.

If you took the time to read the entire case including the racially charged comments, made on the internet, then come back a tell me how these bottom-feeders are upstanding young men.

It doesn't make any difference if they had been white or black, I think the majority of black rappers are bottom-feeding scum.

Because they spew identical putrid filth about black women, I don't see any difference between them and these three young men.

Unlike you and many other white folks, I can call a "spade a spade", better hurry up and post on the Don Imus story, there has been 80+ pages of individuals similar to those posting here.

Don Imus was a big enough man to apologize.

Will Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton be man enough to apologize to these innocent Duke boys for the false accusations and presumptions they stirred up in Durham, NC.

I won't be holding my breath.

hey kailumego1,

The last time I checked a man/woman was innocent until proven guilty. Sounds to me like you made up your mind the first you heard a black woman accussing a bunch of white men. These men have been proven innocent. Also, what mound of evidence are talking about that proves these boys are guilty? Like we're suppose to believe that you have secret access to the case files. Yea right?! Sounds like you are just another person that thinks black people are being so oppressed by the white man. The only person on this sight that seems to be "scum" is yourself. Nifong should be disbard and AL/Jesse shouldn't jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts. This woman had a party of DNA in her *** and none of belonging to those boys. How does one explain that?

Sub human scum? And the stripper who had the DNA of 5 different men inside her is???? oh yeah... a sista - of course. Please, you're just upset someone in that group used the n word... ooooo... scaywee n word... and seeing as you're a jealous racist b*stard who, like many in your culture, have no concept of personal responsibility or how it should be applied - you feel no sorrow for men who were falsely accused & had their lives ruined at the hands of a liar & a corrupt prosecutor looking to capitalize on the black community's blood lust for white college boys. You claim your people get railroaded all the time - of course, it's NEVER your fault - you're NEVER guilty right? Well sure, black and white people get unjustly found guilty - but not for the last 50 years is it a case like this where ALL the evidence points in 180 degrees the opposite direction yet still proceeds...
