I live in North Carolina, and woke up on an April Saturday morning at 7:30am with 3 inches of snow on the ground & a temperature of 22 degrees

Sure am looking forward to some "global warming" to help out with my heating bills.

Isn't it amazing how all the global warming believers aren't commenting on this today? Usually the left wing nut cases are all over this blog site.

It's amazing how many stupid people confuse anecdotal evidence with science. It's distressing how many of them comment here.

Global warming is not just about temperature change. It's the effects of those changes to the stability of the climate. It affects wind and sea currents which can affect local climate temperatures in either direction. Take last years hurricane season which turned out to be a dud because of an unexpected el nino.

Look at this article about chilling out over Global Warming, it's pretty good:

Too bad CBS can't run something like this, although I'm surprised it's on MSNBC...

This cold weather must be global warming's fault... no wait... nature still affects the weather far more than we do.

In New Mexico, I woke up Saturday to 2 inches of snow and some very confused birds. We've had a very unusual winter. Warmer than average much of the time, but with the most snow anyone here can remember. In January, we set a record with over a foot of snow...even the old-timers couldn't recall getting that much snow in one storm. I don't care whether it's El Nino, global warming, or whatever, I just want it to warm up already!

Of course this is, somehow, Bush's fault!
