- Hey Randal, you have some things very much confused, I don't agree with "religion" either, I don't practice religion, I try to live my life in the spirit of Christ, do you think Jesus would have supported someone like Pat Robertson? Would Jesus have supported George W. Bush?
These are the people you think of when you think "religion" George Bush is a member of Skull and Bones, which is basically the Knights Templars, and Pat Robertson is a member of the Knights Of Malta, both masonic organizations. Masons go whoring after that false light of lucifer.
I don't practice "RELIGION" Randal, I practice Jesus, I don't care for fake organized religion anymore than you do. Yeah Jesus is so bad Randal, that's why with most of society rejecting him things are just better than ever right Randal, what do people need morals for anyways right Randal, we can always have hollywood feed us their morals... right Randal.... Randal says to Turn off God and Turn on those TV's, that's where you'll find the real truth... on the boob tube, right Randal.... - Reply to this comment
- Randal says he's not a racist but watch his posts, he blames "rednecks" for all of his problems, the other day he was blaming "rednecks" for holding some girl hostage in their home and beating her. I go look up the story on a philadelphia site that showed their photos and the guy was black, his wife was white, their kids were mulatto. I would have never came to any board and said oh look at those black people... they're always doing that... blah blah blah like good ole Randal tried to do about "Rednecks"... then Randal comes here and goes on and on about how he's not a "Racist." Tell us some more stuff Randal, you're so smart....

- Hey Randal, I never had religion forced on me as a child, and I was never abused as a child, as a matter of fact it was the complete opposite. I was a godless atheist for most of my life. Eventually you'll figure out the truth my friend, you live in a world of deception, this world is lucifers dominion for the time being, although that time is soon coming to an end. Our politicians, big business leaders, and many of our fake religious leaders of the unholy bastion of Churchianity outright worship that false light of lucifer in their masonic lodges and you're ok with that, you're ok with the eye of lucifer on the back of the dollar bill, you're ok with the washington monument which is a symbol of nimrods pe nis, you're ok with paganism and witchcraft being practiced all around you, but lo and behold someone mention Jesus Christ around Randal and they're a total kook.

- In today's climate of radical religion from both the the Christians and the Muslims many people still think that I'm trying to be radical or insulting to suggest that religious indoctrination is a form of child abuse, but of course it really is. It's not even really the parents fault either because they were brainwashed the same way that has been a tradition in all religions for 10's of thousands of years. Every once in awhile a person is lucky enough not to be brought up this way. In my case it was because my parents each married and divorced several times, so I had little influence in my life on many issues, leaving it up to me to look around and decide how I as a person feel about them. It's one of the main reasons that I'm not racist or prejudiced based on color, race, sexual orientation, etc. It just doesn't make sense to me and neither does religion. If people could actually step back and take a cold look at the dogma they repeat be rote, they'd be massively embarrassed that they ever thought they believed any of these fairy tales at all.

- RandalDS:
That was an interesting read. I live in a small mid-western town, and I can't count the number of times I have heard, "My parents forced me to go to church, I knew if I didn't I would get my A$$ beat. So if it was okay for my mom and dad it ought to be okay for me too."
I see the day coming when parents may find themselves in deep do-do for mental and physical abuse for pushing these worse than fairy tail, people manipulating, mind-controlling religions on their children. Every child deserves the right to decide on his own how he will identify with his Creator, and the after life, and not be scared into believing these stories religions use. - Reply to this comment
- Some people will use anything to find a religious meaning. To many drugs I suspect. Guns don't kill people, religions do, ban all religions, and save a life.

Amen! I think it's because of child abuse. Their parents forced this fantasy world, complete with a book of fables, on them when they were young and vulnerable. Their parents scared the sh*it out of their own children about what would happen to them if they didn't believe this cra*p with all of their hearts. Now even as adults they're so scarred from this childhood trauma that even now they can't face the fact of just how silly and dangerous their beliefs really are. Grimm's Fairy Tales would have been better, but force feeding religion to young children is no different then beating them. And the damage no less real. - Reply to this comment

One would think that if this was from god he'd have done a better job of it. The fire department (Great people in the fire department here in L.A.!!! County and city!!!) had the fire under control in a few short hours with no loss of life, no injuries and not one home as much as singed. Not much of a message. - Reply to this comment

I have lived just 2 blocks south of Sunset Blvd (4 south of Hollywood Blvd) for a few years now and trust me, the aliens have been here for years! Sometimes it's fun to take a walk on Hollywood after dark. You see and experience the dam*nest things and people. - Reply to this comment

Matthew 24
3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8All these are the beginning of sorrows.
37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. - Reply to this comment

- The view in that picture above is pretty much what I see when I step outside in my yard. I live about a mile downhill from the sign and you get used to seeing, but not a fire. I've only lived in L.A. for about 6 years, but I sure don't remember any fire this large that close to the sign. Still the wind is helping (and is pushing the smoke up into the San Fernando valley) and for now any way it doesn't look like it'll actually reach the sign.
