Baltimore Mayor Apologizes After Boy Was Handcuffed And Booked For Allegedly Riding On Sidewalk

Do not dare to preach to me about the racism of this country and all but say that I am racist. There are millions who are not racist and I am sorry for the few out there that ruin it for the majority. You are one of those few who keep shoving it in people's faces and down their throats and constantly make the differences known. Screw the differences and focus on the similarities and you will take away the basis for racism, which is a fear of the unknown. You are a spiteful, hateful, racist individual, and yes you are, to the Caucasian nationality by every word that you put down, and are the reason that people still believe in those differences. Abraham Lincoln might not have believed in freedom, but there sure as h*ll were enough others to make up for it. Thomas Jefferson had even put a passage in the Declaration of Independence that would have freed the slaves, but the southern congressmen wouldn't vote yea on American freedom, which needed 100% to pass, without the removal of that passage. Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson removed the passage because they had to secure a nation first. And before you get started, yes I know Thomas Jefferson owned slaves, but he also resolved to free them and did. There were many more throughout history who stood up for the freedom of human beings. In the words of Thomas Jefferson, "They are people who are being treated as property". The key word there is people. - Reply to this comment

Stop lying!
No sensible Black person is going to have you as a friend; you are too much of a coward an ignoramus and a liar if you think that merely pointing out the racism that DOES exist in America is what is 'keeping racism alive'. LOL
For you, merely talking about racism keeps it alive; but for the little Black children who are abused by the government thugs, it is THOSE RACIST ACTS that keeps racism alive for them.
So since you have no sense of virtue to appreciate the REAL RACISM those young people experience at the hands of government thugs and others in America, then again, no sensible Black person is going to have you as a so-called friend.
A friend is one who can empathize with you, one who will stand in your stead.
Friends like you are a dime a dozen. Trust me, your so-called 'Black friends' most likely laugh at your sorry arse out of earshot. LOL - Reply to this comment

Kind of hard to do though. theres another bigot right behind you as soon as you move over. Its only because of you it still exists. Oh well I'm not wasting anymore space on you. You just wallo in your self pitty and enjoy it. I will say this though the black friends I do have , don't whine about the past. They don't blame everyone else for the problems life gives them. So those who merely point out the OBVIOUS are the ones 'keeping your racism alive in America', right? LOL
I know our educational system is horrendous; but anyone with a modicum of COURAGE, intelligence and knowledge of American history and justice system would IMMEDIATELY conclude that this young victim was MOST LIKELY a young African American!
And with the liberty to intelligently make and state the conclusion? Ta daaaa! LOL
People with your mentality WRONGLY believe that if you only pretend and deny and pretend that racism does not exist in America (WITH NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES TO SOME AMERICANS) then maybe one day you will just wake up and have no more mention of it.
Well guess what, Motha, life doesn't work quite like that, even though cowards will forever think so.
Life is more like this: Face the ever-present adversities like a man and conquer them!
Dirt swept under your American rug only make your American house THAT MUCH DIRTIER! OK?
And we are sure that you are more interested in CLEANING UP AMERICAN RACISM and not just cowardly live in denial of American racism, right, Motha? LOL - Reply to this comment
- Agnim : You know its just so funny that no matter what the cause what the case. If a black person is involved it is called racisim. You and people like you are what is keeping racisim alive in this country. your the Archie bunker here. No one ever even said anything about what race this kid was. But thats the first thing out of your mouth. I didnt care if the kid was white black or green. He should not have been on that bike next to the road in the first place. Maybe the cops did use to much force. Maybe just maybe they saved that kids life by scaring the shiite out of him. We will never know. But I know the kid will live to see another day. I am greatful for that EVEN IF HE'S BLACK, WHITE, OR GREEN.

You are still hurting, still traumatize, don't? LOL
According blame for someone who is blamable has nothing to do with one taking responsible for her actions! Absolutely NOTHING!
And being fearful of blaming an accused is more of the victory for them in the here and now! OK?
And not only a victory for the accused you send by not according rightful blame; your failure sends the signal to the accused that he may not have done anything wrong, since there was no outcry from his victim!
If a human being does a wrong, that human being IS blamable for that wrong; otherwise, what would be the need of a justice system to any society, if not to accord blame and necessary consequences? - Reply to this comment

I'm not sure which 'tens of thousands of Americans' and 'slaves' you are talking about?
However, if you are referring to the American un-Civil war, THE un-CIVIL WAR WAS FOUGHT OVER THE SECESSION OF THE REBS IN THE SOUTH!
Pay attention to Lincoln who stated to the effect, "If I could keep the Union together and not free the African people, I'd do it".
And that 'Lincoln doctrine' lasted for a hundred years after the war; because as long as the white supremacists did not try to secede, they could deny African people voting and other rights, and keep them 3/5 of a human!
So don't, through ignorance or by being 'one child left behind', revise American history.
About the only Americans who fought to free the Africans was the American Hero, John Brown and his sons!
Americans aren't about to put EVEN LESS than their lives on the line to this day for African people; otherwise the Belgian-destroyed Rwanda and the maniac muslim Dafur would never ever happen! OK?
And those who try desperately "to be color blind" in America are cowards, liars, deceivers, and bigots in denial.
And at heart they care for nothing better than for America to remain a racist country it has been for hundreds of years, and racist for generations to come! - Reply to this comment
- There is no such thing as clear innocence. We have made our bedding in society and now we have to sleep in it. Everything we do, every day we live we do because of what we have been ingrained with as truth. The people in Iraq, or anywhere else on this god forsaken planet are doing EXACTLY the samething we're doing. Fighting for their rights to be themselves, even at the cost of entire cultures. Its ALWAYS been about GREED, MONEY, POWER, and LIES of any means to attain said position. Ask yourself this ONE question; When IS enough going to be enough? How much of one person's life do you need to own to satisfy ingrained desires that mean nothing. Do you honestly think we were put on this earth to work for other's in power & position for all our lives until we retire and roll over and die? All our wealth, all our monuments to our achievements are disposable, these are institutions of illusion to a imaginary survival scenario we built centuries ago. We live as we are going to die, wondering if this is all there ever really is in OUR lives?

- I have read some of the most pathetic postings since I have gotten these forums to read & try to make some sense out of what's left of our dying society. My father abused me to no end, from two weeks old until I was 16, I was BEATEN every single day of my life, both physically & sexually, my parents divorced & I was sent to live with the SOB that caused all the misery in the first place because in the early 60's, if the mother isn't working, or making enough money, thats the way it was, my brother & I with the abuser and the sisters with my mother. I went from the pits of hell to the master himself. I have lived on both sides of life, but I decided a long time ago, I was responsible for my own actions because if I blamed HIM for the hell he put me through, he WINS. NO ONE can blame the parents, society, race, creed, religion, gender or culture, its a combination of all the above. When he beat me almost to death over NOTHING, the school bus driver took me from school, along with the principal, to the hospital. I was beaten so bad that several people in the hospital waiting room threw up. The point to this whole rant is NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE BUT ME FOR WHAT I DO, MY ACTIONS ARE MY OWN, SINCE AGE 12 I HAVE KNOWN & ACCEPTED THIS. YOU want change, get an education and start there. LIFE hurts because YOU let it, Life is a *** sandwich and every day you have to gag down a bite and survive, but its importance is UP TO YOU how it affects your state of mind.

Is it your mission in life to be so completely ignorant of everything? The last I heard, tens of thousands of Americans fought to free the slaves. So, let me ask you, when was the last time you were enslaved? Not in this lifetime. I see hundreds of talented, successful, articulate, hard-working, wonderful African-American individuals on a daily basis, as well as other cultures and ethnicities. Try being color blind for a while and use the word human instead of that black person or that white person or that whatever. I don't care if a person is yellow, pink and purple with big orange stripes across their body. It is the personality that counts and for those that work for it, the American dream is there for anyone to take. So, get off your soapbox, get an education PLEASE, and get a job that allows you to do more than blurt clueless, insensitive, undocumented, unresearched bias on computers. - Reply to this comment
